In another part of the city, a woman enjoyed her drink, sitting by herself in a bar
Not everyone went out trick or treating or a party. Some preferred to be left alone during the holiday
"Reports are indicating that an army of de--bzzzzzt"
The voice coming from the television was cut off by the static, catching the attention of what few customers there were, as well as the bartender
"What the, work, goddamnit!"
The man hit the device with a broomstick with little to no success
Then, the doors to the bar were swung open. At first, the woman paid no mind to this, but that soon changed when the new "client" was growling
"The hell is that thing!?"
It was a lowly demon, freed from the pits of Hell by Mephisto himself just for one night
Panic and screams quickly took over the ambiance of an otherwise calm place, reluctantly prompting the girl into action
Upon seeing the monster, the bartender brought up his shotgun, only to be stopped by her
"This one's on the house"
The beast lunged at one of the customers, threatening to tear his head off with its jaws when it was suddenly thrown a bottle of beer
The creature looked back at the woman responsible and growled at her before launching itself at her
Shortly after, it was thrown out the door violently by an unseen force. As this happened, fire started to consume the being
By the time it hit the concrete of the streets outside, the demon was scorching
Unable to escape, the demon roared in pain as the hellfire consumed it entirely
A few seconds later, the responsible walked out of the bar

Her eyes sparkled with fire, and smoke was coming from her hand. She stood proud of her easy victory, but it didn't take long for screaming to regain her attention
