"Shut up." You grumble.
"You still mad?" He hums.
You roll your eyes.
"Oh Y/nnnnn." He says squeezing your hand.
"Cmon ya cant be mad at me forever~" He hums, tilting his head towards you.
"Stop! Can we just focus on the mission." You say.
"Hmmmmph, your boring." He says swinging your hand around.
You blush.
"Cute~!" He laughs poking your cheek.
"GEEZ! You're annoying!" You say somewhat laughing.
"You're trying to hold in your laugh." He says poking your cheek again.
"Hunter!" You laugh, shoving him off.
"Hey, I told you not to let go." He says firmly grabbing your hand again.
"Sorry sorry." You sigh.
That's when Hunter notices his first thing he need to get for his elixir.
"Ah the red berries, could you hold this." He says giving you a small pouch.
You hold the pouch and he begins plucking berries off from into the bag.
"I've never seen these kinds of berries before." you say about to pick them.
"Hey, don't touch them!" He says grabbing your wrist.
"What why not?" You say.
"These are red crimson berries, they're dangerous to touch before they're washed." He says.
"Why?" You say.
"They sometimes have dangerous bugs inside them, hence why I'm wearing gloves." Hunter says waving his hands around your face.
He continues plucking the berries out from the bushes and dropping them in the little bag he told you to hold.
"Okay we're good." He says, grabbing your hand again.
"Oh wait, I should let you have some gloves too, shouldn't I?" He says, taking one of his gloves off.
"Here, one for you one for me, just incase." He says sliding it onto your hand.
You notice he has scars on his hands as well, making you frown. He takes your hand again, feeling his flesh against yours makes you flush a little pink.
He leads the way and you follow him silently.
The process usually remained the same, he gathered the necessities he needed and you helped hold the bags. And the 2 of you continuously walked hand in hand the majority of the time.
"Aha! Heres the little brat!" Hunter laughs pointing his staff.
It's some odd type of creature, you haven't ever seen it before.
