Yuki's POV

"Why do you hate her so much anyway? This is the nth time I'm asking" My nosy driver asked again

"And this is the nth time I will tell you to stop asking questions before I fire you"

We were walking toward our family car

"Tch, whatever, I'll just make her jealous next time," I said

"She seems nice," The driver said making me jab him in the stomach

"Say that one more time I dare you!" I yelled "She's selfish! She took everything from me!" I yelled at him

"What do you mean by that?" A very familiar voice asked, "What did Akemicchi do to you?"

I turned around to see a mad Kise

'Heeh? He's mad huh?' I thought and smirked

"Do you mind accompanying me to a cafe?" I asked

He seemed to hesitate but nevertheless, agreed. He went inside the car and we dropped by a cafe, we went inside and took a seat far away from the entrance so that no one will eavesdrop

"Well? Are you gonna explain?" He said

I leaned back in my chair and sipped on the drink that I ordered

"Let me tell you a story Ryouta-kun"

-flashback-

"Mama!" I yelled running toward my mother

"Yuki!" She picked me up and hugged me "What's the matter?" She asked

I held out a picture where a young girl was standing with my parents

"Who is she?" I asked

Her smile suddenly curved downwards and looked at the picture coldly

"Don't mind her...She's not important" She said and finally smiled, but her smile was cold and her eyes held no emotion

I didn't pay attention to the girl in the picture since as mama said, she's not important. If only I knew how wrong I was

Growing up I was spoiled by my parents, we were rich, and we were a perfect family, although my father would treat me coldly, he was still a little bit sweet to me. But all of that came crashing when I overheard my parents talking

"Akemi is alive! Why did you leave her alone?! Why did you lie?!" My father asked

'Akemi? Who is that?' I thought, hiding behind the door

"That young girl ruined my life!" My mother replied, her voice shaking, was she crying? "She was a mistake! Her life was our mistake! What do you want me to do?!"

'A mistake?' I thought confusedly

"She's 6 for heaven's sake! The only mistake here is Yuki!"

"I don't care! She's probably dead already! Yuki is much more useful than Akemi!"

I could hear slapping from the inside of the room

"She's my daughter! How dare you lie to me saying she's dead?!?" My father said

I put a hand on my mouth, stopping myself to let out a sob

'Just who is this Akemi? She's six? Does that mean I'm older than her by 5 years?' I thought and continued listening

"That child doesn't deserve to be loved dear," My mother said and laughed "Ever since she was born all she did was bring me bad luck"
