"hurry up, babe."

"tell her to go faster."

"Jhené, could you please hurry up?"

"don't you see i'm struggling here? i'm trying to find some chapstick."

"get the fuck out of the way."

"okay, damn." she moved and Lani came in and sat with me.

"now get in the car, you can look while sitting down." Chris said.

"whatever." she came in and sat down.

"are y'all ready now?"

"yes, we are. start driving."

"okay." he looked back at the road and started to drive.

"y/n/n."

"yes, Lani?" i turned over and looked at her.

she just stared at me.

"yes?"

"nothing."

"you annoy me sometimes."

"i just wanted to look at you. you're beautiful."

"oh, i'm sorry then. thank you, babe. you look very beautiful as well."

"thank you." we both leaned in for a kiss.

"y/n/n, you got chapstick? i can't find mine."

"did you ask Megan?"

"i don't have any either."

"yes you do, stop lying."

"i don't wanna give it to her, i don't have that much left."

"you have 10 in there, i saw them all. here Jhené." i handed her some.

"thank you."

"yo, Meg."

"yes, Kehlani?"

"let me get some water."

"here, thirsty ass."

"thank you."

she took a sip and gave the water back to Meg.

"Keh."

"yes Sean?"

"you remember what i told you?"

"yeah, i do."

"what are y'all talking about?" i asked

"business."

"yeah, business."

"oh okay."

"here." Jhené handed me back the chapstick.

"thank you."

"can you play some music? it's fucking quiet in this car."

"cause no one wants to talk."

"what is there to talk about?"

"i don't know. what do y'all have planned for when we go back?"

"Lani gotta go back to work, she leavin me again."

"i don't want to, but i have to."

"i know, bae, i know."

"what you gon do, y/n/n?"

"i got shoots, meetings, and i gotta get back in the studio. people have been hitting me up a lot for features lately, so i gotta do those."
