"Five years ago, we lost. All of us. We lost friends. We lost family. We lost a part of ourselves."

"Today, we have a chance to take it all back

"You know your teams, you know your missions. Get the stones, get them back," Steve said to the group that stood around in a circle on the platform of the time travel machine. Y/N was standing between Nat and Clint. "One round trip each. No mistakes. No do-overs," he continued, "Most of us are going somewhere we know. That doesn't mean we should know what to expect. Be careful. Look out for each other. This is the fight of our lives and we're gonna win," he said in determination.

Tony and Y/N caught each other's eye and they turned to Captain America when he concluded, "Whatever it takes," he nodded around at everyone, "Good luck."

"He's pretty good at that," Rocket complimented.

Scott nodded in agreement, "Right?"

"Alright," Tony called over to Bruce at the controls, "You heard the man. Stroke those keys, Jolly green."

"Trackers engaged," he informed.

"You promise to bring that back in one piece, right?" Rocket glanced at the shrunken version of his spacecraft in Clint's palm.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Clint shooed the raccoon and gave an unconvincing fake smile, "Okay, I'll do my best."

"As promises go, that was pretty lame."

Bruce joined the rest of the Avengers on the Quantum Platform and he slammed the device on his wrist, activating the Quantum pathway.

"See you in a minute," Nat shot a smile at Steve and he returned it.

Y/N straightened up as the machine roared to life. One by one, everyone's helmet closed around their heads and faces. She looked up with Nat at the top part of the machine that was swirling and opening up. The floor of the portal stretched downwards and opened an orange portal, sucking down the Avengers into itself.
