TW: Mentions of blood.

Texas's POV
I didn't have time to think, I was running from danger, REAL danger.

The forest was deep, and it felt like it covered the entirety of the city.

I thought I had lost her, and took a deep breath.

But before I could start walking around, looking for the others, a tree fell, and almost hit me.

I ran forward, out of the tree's way, and fell forward.

I'd hit my head pretty hard, and began blacking out.

How did I get there anyway, well, it all started earlier today, on a seemingly normal day...

Louisiana's POV
I woke up, my eyes slowly clearing up. I sat up and saw the window. It was cloudy, again.

I went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror. I saw something behind me, but my vision was still a bit blurry, so I couldn't tell what or who it was.

I looked behind me and saw... Florida? "Florida, what are you doing in my bathroom?" I asked.

He looked at me. "So I may have snuck out last night, and then got chased by some bees, so I ran back to the house through your window because I thought it was mine, and ended up in your room, so I tried to walk out but the door was locked, so I slept in your bathtub."

I facepalmed. "You're a nuisance, Florida," I muttered, his confused face looking back at me.

I walked out of my room and slowly made my way to the kitchen, and sat down. I sat down at the table and ate some cereal.

Great. First, my brother scaring me thinking my bathroom is possessed, and now soggy cereal? Why?

Please tell me the other stars are having a batter day. Because when you have an angry state being bothered by a state that's having a good day, it's a recipe for disaster. Especially when it's multiplied by any number that isn't one.

California's POV
I woke up peacefully, the sun shining on my face. I stumbled out of bed and walked downstairs to the kitchen.

I normally don't drink coffee, but I felt like it today. It took a while to brew, but eventually, I had a nice hot cup of coffee.

Louisiana walked up to me, she looked miserable. "Damn, Louisiana. You look tired this morning."

She glared at me with the most agitated eyes is ever seen. "Thanks for noticing, I guess." She said as she also got a cup of coffee.

I finished up my cup and got ready for the day. I ended up going out for a walk.

Strange things happened on the walk. It almost felt like someone was following me. I looked behind a few times, but it was just me.

I was on edge the entire time, ready to attack anyone that dared hurt me.

It never happened though. I made sure to lock the door when I got back to the house. Not just for my safety, but my siblings.
