Chapter 8

[Minx P.O.V.]

"Prom's cancelled. It's moved after sem break." Ziegs informed. "Hey. Our sem break is next week. Wanna go back to the UK a bit?" Dlive suggested. I nodded and sighed. "Minx, it's not your fault. Ohm just didn't get enough calcium." Dlive said, trying to cheer me up a bit. "No, it's not okay. Maybe going back for a week would cheer me up. I just need some fresh air."

I went to the park and laid down on the bench. "Hey Minx, if you want to go back to the UK, better get a ticket soon. It's almost Saturday. Sem break's only one week." Ziegs reminded. I sighed as I nodded and walked back to my dorm. Nina and Ohm? It can't be. She must be lying. I don't even know Ohm's real name.

[Ziegs P.O.V.]

I watched Minx walk back to the school. She's probably getting her stuff packed. "Hey." "Oh. Hey." I answered without looking. "Know anything about Minx?" Dlive asked. "No. I probably shouldn't." "Hey. Minx is your best friend. And best friends never keep secrets from each other, right?" "Yeah. I guess so."

"Hey Dlive, we're gonna go now." Minx said, coming from the downstairs. "Can I give you guys a lift at least?" Dlive suggested. "Sure." I nodded. Dlive pulled out my car out of the garage and turned the car on. "Ziegs is just gonna get her stuff. We're gonna go back to the school first." Minx said. I nodded as Dlive brought us back to the school.

"Hey there, Dlive. Nice car." A girl said. I felt myself get hot and red as soon as I heard that. I went outside the dorm and let my tears drop. "You done?" Minx asked. "Yeah, uh, let's go." I said, trying to not show a hint of any emotions. "Umm.. Okay."

"Your girlfriend?" I asked. "What? I don't have any! I only have chicks, remember?!" Dlive joked. Minx bursts out laughing while I blushed in embarrassment. "Neither do I." I said, trying to change the topic. "How about i become your boyfriend?" He asked. I felt myself blush really hard, while Minx brings on a smile.
