i spent my life at jiangs residence , playing , laughing and running around with my brother

when he was 7 i was 8 years old . i wasnt allowed to go to qing jie as uncle was worried about me that i will get lost . but madam yu agreed to let me go alone once if i form a golden core

i saw madam yu comming to us three people so i waved my free hand which was clenched a moment ago and said" madam yu"

she heard and smiled and sat next to yanli

"good morning kids "

"good morning mom/madam yu"

she smiled and said "shall we start building our cores now?"

cheng sat up from my lap and so did i

and we 4 sat in a circle

she said "start breathing and slowly circulate your qi in your veins and gather it to your abdomen and start concentrating with closing your eyes so that you will not be disturbed"
