Mia ended the conference call. She looked at the clock and it's almost dinner time.

She had moved her work in the home, but it still exhausting. Aaron was recovering well. It was almost two weeks since he had come home and everyday he was getting better.

She went downstairs. Everyone was in the living room watching some South Indian movie, snacks on the table and lights dim. Mia didn't disturb them and went towards the kitchen, Arav was sitting at the dinner table cutting some fruits. Everything seemed normal.

"How was the meeting?" He asked offering her the fruits, she took one piece and replied, "It was ok, it streched a little bit."

"When do you plan on telling him?" Arav asked again.

"Me?" Mia frowned as she sat down adjacent to him. "I was hoping you could do it. I still haven't processed fully what happened."

"Neither have I." Arav replied. "I feel a lot better because bhai is healthy now but what happened just should not have happened. My father is disgusting piece of shit."

"That he is."

Mia and Arav both looked at Aaron standing in the doorway. "You both are trying to avoid telling me the truth and I gave you time hoping that eventually you would. But if you can't do it than I have my ways to find it out. I am tired of not knowing what happened in my absence and I am sorry if I am pushing too much." He sat down beside Mia and silence followed for some moments.

Mia took a deep breath. "We just don't know from where to start." Mia took Aaron's hand in hers and squeezed it. "Maybe, we all can sit after dinner and discuss it." She sounded so much like the CEO she was. And Aaron didn't even know about that. She didn't tell him that she was managing his company because would he believe that. She wouldn't even believe herself.

"Are you trying to avoid it?" Aaron frowned.

"No, I am hungry." Mia kissed his cheek and he smiled. "Ok."

Mia was really trying to avoid it and she knew that if the conversation would start now, they won't be able to have dinner.

They had went in circles around Aaron while telling him the backstory without really telling him waiting for his recovery. And he had recovered enough that he cannot now sit back and do nothing.

Manvi, Meera Ma and Arnav came after sometime and they had a pretty normal dinner as if the air of anticipation was not killing Mia. They gathered in the living room, TV still playing but on the mute, nobody tried to switch it off because it was a great distraction from the talk that they were going to have.

"Well, so somebody is going to say something." Aaron said looking at everybody in the room.

"Bhai, give us a second." Arav replied, looking at his mother and urging her to start because fairly only she knew the truth anyway. But Meera Ma didn't say anything.

"Aaron, you remember the contract of our marriage?" Mia started and Aaron nodded in affirmative. "Well that was a false contract."

"Why do you mean by false?" Aaron asked.

"Khurana corporation, My uncle wasn't the owner of the company. He was only a guardian of the company till the real owner would take over."

"And who is the real owner?" Aaron asked looking confused.

"I am." Mia paused for a second. "My father owned the company but I never knew he left it for me. Not until your accident. The wedding was always going to be between Me and You. Sophia never ran away, they made it look that way, so I can marry you and if I died in an accident after marrying you, you could claim the property or at least Rathore's would have rightful claim on the property."
