"Good luck bukas anak" mama said while I was cleaning the dining table kasi katatapos lang namin kumain
Diablo and me trained so hard for tomorrow. We have to pass this exam. We did not do any resonance again but we trained how to control various of weapons. This day is our last day of training and we choose to rest for the rest of the night for tomorrow.
Umakyat na ako sa itaas at dumeritso sa kwarto after I helped with chores. I saw Diablo sitting on my window watching the busy streets outside. He doesn't look bothered or worried at all. It's been 5 days since he drank my blood after practicing the resonance. I wonder if he's doing fine.
"Diablo" I called at napatingin siya sakin
"Are you sure you won't drink any blood?" I asked at tumango siya
"I can be full for a couple of weeks if I don't waste my magic the much." he replied
"Isa pa, I can't bite you everyday. You might die. I'll wait at least a couple of days or weeks to take another bite to refill your blood." he added. Makes sense.
"You should rest. Maaga pa tayo bukas." I said and he nodded
He turned into dark clouds at pumasok sa summoning circle na nasa kamay ko. Huminga ako ng malalim at agad na humiga.
"Sleep" rinig ko. It was Diablos voice at pumikit ako.
Nagising ako and I found Diablo na nakahiga sa gilid ko. Nagulat ako at napagalaw ako kaya nahulog ako sa higaan. Nagising siya at napatingin sakin.
"B-Bat ka andayan??!" sigaw ko
"Why not?" he asked coldly at biglang bumukas ang pinto
"Breakfast" mama said kaya napalingon ako and nodded
Diablo vanished from my bed and teleported outside of my room at naunang bumaba. Agad ko isinara ang pinto at nagbihis. I wore the clothes na suot ko sa ceremony kasi gusto ko ito and this reminds me of my game character. I was about to go out pero bigla ko nakasalubong si papa. He was breathing fast at may ibinigay na box.
"Pasensya ka na anak, ito lang nakaya kong maibigay." he said with a smile. Kitang-kita ang mga gasgas niya sa katawan at pati kay Sythe. Binuksan ko ang box at nagulat ako nang makita ko ang mga bagong damit.
"That is an adventure clothes, its light kaya mas komportable kang gamitin yan sa pag take ng entrance exam." he said whil catching his breath. A tear fell down from my eye at napatingin sa kanya.
What did I do to deserve this kind of parents?
"Thank you papa" I said and hugged him
"I promise I'll be back safe" I added at bumitaw sa yakap namin. I don't know what he was doing just to get these clothes but I'm going to use this well.
"I promise I'll pass this exam" I added and smiled
