It was time for the Vestal Festival and all the school's students had started to gather together in the arena so that they could represent their schools in an honourable light and not bring shame to their kingdom
Y/N sat in the viewing room of Artemis's robot body so that he could watch the tournament from the view of all the Hunters of Artemis that had been positioned all over the place, from plain sight to hidden in the shadows undetected
Sitting with Y/N on their own thrones were Salem, Lux and Inanis, at their feet sat Raven, Yang, Blake, Snow, Neo and Rose, they were either leaning back and watching the massive screen (Raven and Neo) or they were playing a game of 'Conquering Remnant' to keep themselves entertained )Yang, Blake, Snow and Rose)
"At what point will the invasion begin?" Lux inquired as she watched the highly dysfunctional team RWBY just nearly fail to pass into the doubles as they tripped over each other or had miny panic attacks at random moments, the only one working at the top performance was Blake but even she couldn't make up for her 3 teammates
"Should happen during the singles, we are having the Spartan girl go against that pathetic Atlas robot" Salem responded before leaning back and sighing "That is if Cinder actually manages to do her job right this time"
"Oh, she better or they may not be any fire left in her soul" Inanis muttered darkly as team JNPR went onto the next round with little difficulty "I know we looked after that girl but she is not doing as good as we had hoped she would, she couldn't even get the full power of the Fall maiden with a surprise attack"
"I have to agree with you, if she fails I will turn Emerald into a Grimm servant, at least that girl has some little form of potential we can bring out," Salem said as her eyes followed said girl finish her opponent off as well
The family continued to watch the rest of the matches in silance, bar the occasional scream from the RWBY counterparts as their plans were ruined by their sisters. Y/N did check back every now and then to make sure they weren't destroying one of his most valuable servants main weapon
As the doubles were going on Salem started to eye the 2 competitors that would eventually lead to the fall of Beacon, the 2 hadn't fought yet b7ut Y/N could see a plan brewing deep in the dark twisted mind of his lovely wife
"What are you planning dear, you are watching the Spartan and robot very intensely for the last 10 minutes and I know that look, you have some dastardly evil plan in the making and I want to be involved" Y/N leaned forward in his mini throne as everyone else turned to look at Salem as well
"Just had to call me out, didn't you? *Sigh* I was thinking of turning them into our servants as well" everyone looked at her with confusion as they didn't understand how this would benefit them. To be fair, anything they did wouldn't benefit them as they could just conquer this world with a spell but there was no entertainment with that
"And why would we do that?" Lux asked with confusion written plain on her face, it seemed that even though they were technically the same person they still didn't share the same thought prosses
"The Spartan shows promise, her semblance is well trained and can be used to give us a large advantage in the future, as for the outdated Atlas robot, she can easily be reprogrammed and added to Artemis's Hunters, she has insight on Atlas and with some upgrades, she could prove some entertainment for us" Salem stated confidently
Y/N didn't really look convinced but everyone else liked the idea so he wouldn't argue over something so unimportant as forcefully enslaving someone against their will like even the most arrogant and prideful beings could be forced to happily serve his family
It might also provide some added entertainment to the mini-war his daughters were having between themselves, he could revive any of his servants that died in the sibling conflict so there was no loss in his children duking it out between themselves
"Looks like the singles will start after a break, if you want to take a break I suggest you do it now so that you don't miss the entertainment later," Lux said as she stood up to take a bathroom break
Everyone else besides Y/N, Raven and Neo got up to stretch their legs and use the bathroom. It was only there that Y/N fully realised he was the only male in a family with 10 females, well only 9 now because Tiamat was off watching an alternate of herself during a 'singularity', whatever the hell that was
"Artemis!" At Y/Ns command a holographic body of Artemis appeared before him and did a bow before straightening up, "Main Program Artemis is occupied master, I am a secondary AI that will transfer all commands to Main Program Artemis for you. What do you need, master?" the holographic AI asked
"What is Artemis currently occupied by AI?" Y/N was interested, he hadn't given Artemis any high priority missions lately so she should be completely free at the moment, "Main Program Artemis is updating the system software of all Hunters as well as creating a new unit for your army master"
"Ahh, I see. My command was to prepare a reassembly table as we will be bringing in that Atlas robot for an upgrade and reprogramming at Salems suggestion" Y/N said, the Ai gained a disgusted face
"The piece of sh-junk that believes herself to be the peak of android engineering? The robot made of such horrible materials that it could be ripped apart from man relatively strong magnet? That robot?"
"Haha, funny that you mentioned the magnet part as that's what is going to kill her and make the reassembly table be ready. Also yes, we are going to fix her and add her to the hunters" Y/N could help but chuckle every now and then as he thought about how well the AI described the work of Atlas
"*Sigh* as you wish master," The AI said before fading back into the system of the satellite, just in time for everyone to exit the bathroom one after another and get ready for the finals that would be the end of Vale
All the other singles were boring except for the one with Yang 'injuring' Mercury after she had won the fight, which would defiantly break her frail mind even more than it was before meaning she was fast reaching the point of becoming just another insignificant cog on Y/Ns great master plan
And finally, it was the match that they had all been waiting for, the battle between magnet and machine, there was no question as to who would win for the family, no, it was just a question of how long it would last
