"Saan kayo galing?" agad na saad ko kay Zander habang nakakunot ang noo.
He just grinned at me kaya pinandilatan ko ito ng mata na tila nakuha na ang gusto kong sabihin. Seriously?! Mahigit isang oras kaming naghintay lang dito tapos wala silang sasabihin?!! I rolled my eyes secretly then crossed my arms. Now, they are suspicious.
"We investigate something" he suddenly uttered that made me glanced at him. Inakbayan ako nito at hinalikan ang gilid ng ulo ko kaya mas lalo akong nagduda sa mga galaw niya.
Something is not right on him, bagaman hindi napapansin ng iba ang kakaibang galaw niya, I know him. I know my husband very well.
"About what?"
"I'll tell you later"
"But I wan't to know it right now!" pilit kong saad habang nakakunot ang noo ko.
Why does it feels like he's hiding something from me? No. They're hiding something from us. Hindi ko matukoy kung ano but I guess, he's right. He will tell it to me for sure because knowing this three men, they won't hide something important from us.
I heared him let out a deep sigh that's why I frowned."Later, sweetie. Promise, I'll tell you about it" he uttered using his soft voice and feel s luke my heart melted again.
Ako naman ang nagpakawala ng buntong-hininga bago tumango na lang sa kanya bilang tugon at hindi na ako muling umimik pa.
I don't know what could he tell me later but I guess, it's really important to the point na hindi pweseng sabihin na lang niya sa'kin basta-basta while members are with us. Ano nga bang inembestigahan nila at ganito sila ka-hyper. Mukha silang nanalo sa loto pero syempre, I'm just kidding!! Tsk!!
"Go get all you stuff. We're going home right now!!"
Sabay-sabay kaming napatingin kay dad no'ng biglang nitong sinigaw ang mga katagang iyon. It was an order that's full of authority and I bet, he won't take a no response.
"Why so sudden?"
At dahil malapit lang naman sa pwesto namin ang kinatatayuan nina mom and dad, rinig ko ang usapan ng mga ito. I glanced at them once and look in front again to pretend that I'm not listening but here is my one ear, it was focusing to what they're talking about.
Unti-unti ng nag-aalisan ang iba para kunin ang mga gamit nila sa kanilang kwarto na sa tingin ko ay mga gamit na baril lang dahil wala naman kaming damit na dala no'ng magtungo dito. Tsk!!
"What about Zach?!" muling rinig ko na saad ni mom kay dad. I know that it's rude to eavesdrop pero wala akong magagawa kasi malapit sila sa'min.
"Wife, if we're going transfer him, them, they'll be safe because they're with us while changing the plan" sambit ni dad kay mom gamit ang malamyos na boses nito.
Napangiti ako ng palihim dahil doon. He's always talking to mom using his sweet side and soft voice just like Zander pero iba parin talaga si dad. He's been cold wherever he is and whoever he's with and there is mom. Kay mommy Janelle lang siya ganyan and I guess, it won't change. Cold men turning into a sweet one in front of their wives. How sweet.
"We need my group"
"If that's what you wan't then I will let it happen"
"Sure? Can I make a plan all by myself?"
"Nah-uh. I won't let you go by yourself, my wife. Just stick with me"
"Ang gulo mo namang kausap, Ace?!!"
