"So...? Para saan 'to?" kunot-noong saad ko kay Zach matapos kong umupo sa puting tela na nakalapag sa damuhan.

Sa totoo lang, hindi ko alam kung anong lugar 'tong pinuntahan namin pero part parin ito ng lugar kung saan napadpad sina Janice. And also, I don't know what to feel right now because it seems like we're having a family bonding out of nowhere. I let ou a deep sigh before I put Acher down.

"It was our last day to enjoy the peaceful time because tomorrow night would be the real fight" he said that made me gulped in frustration.

Oo nga pala, hindi ko alam kung anong balak nilang gawin sa engagement party for Janice and Nathaniel pero sa tingin ko, wala naman sigurong mapapahamak sa'min. I don't know. I can't figured out what will happen next because no one will.

"Bukas na pala 'yon" mahinang bulong ko sa sarili na tila narinig pa niya dahil bahagya siyang lumingon sa'kin.

I heared him sighed that made me glanced at him too. Now, my heart gone wild again because of that moment. I can't take my eyes away from him. It feels like there's a magnet between us that keeps us on staring on each other's eyes. Am I freaking insane?!!

Napailing ako sa sarili bago nagpakawala ng malalim na buntong-hininga. Well, gano'n nga talaga kapag nakatingin ka sa taong kasalukuyan mong minamahal ngayon. Tsk!! It will make you crazy and it will leave you a deep thoughts that no one could understand whatever it is unless they'll feel the same.

"Yeah? Are you nervous?" he asked me then I frowned.

Normal lang namang kabahan sa ganitong bagay lalo na kapag first time mong maranasan. I rolled my eyes secretly and just nodded my head at him.

"Maybe yes? Hindi naman masamang kabahan diba?"

I saw him raised his brows that's why I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Well, it's a normal thing like what you thought" aniya sa kalmadong boses bago nagkibit ng balikat.

Hindi ko alam kung nakakabasa ba siya ng isip o sadyang obvious lang talaga ako. Well, it could be impossible if he can read minds so I must choose the latter. Tsk!!

Hindi na lang ako nagsalita pa at tinuon na lang ang atensyon sa mga pagkain na nasa brown basket. May mga prutas at chips doon. Meron ding coke in can and of course, a chocolate milk for Acher. I shurrged my shoulders and grabbed one apple and one orrange bago ko binalatan ang mga ito.

Ewan ko ba kung ako lang ang gumagawa nito but hell yeah, binabalatan ko ang mansanas sa totoo lang lalo na kapag hindi ito masyadong pula. Tsk. Kahit hindi nakakalason ang balat nito, ayoko parin iyong kaiinin. I don't know but yes, that's freaking me!!

"About the Gibbson--"

Napatigil ako sa ginagawa at agad na tumingin kay Zach no'ng binanggit niya ang mga katagang iyon.

"What about it?" I asked him without a hesitation and with a hint of confusion on my voice.

I don't know but there's really something's wrong about that surname. Kung hindi naman pala Gibbson si mommy, then why the hell it's freaking written on her birth certificate right before she became a Day?!! Kaninong apelyido ang ginagamit nila sa mahabang panahon?!!

"Well, it's a surname of you grandfather's stepdad" he said that made me confused even more. What the hell was that?!!

Did I heared him right? "Stepdad? How did you even know whether my grandfather has a stepdad or none?!!" asik ko sa mahinang boses, sapat na para hindi makuha ang atensyon ni Acher na kasalukuyang naglalaro mag-isa sa tabi namin ngayon.
