"Baby~ Don't you think it's time for you to come out, hm?"
Felix cooed as he let his fingertips ghost over his mate's exposed belly, smiling when their pup responded with a soft kick against their daddy's hand.
"We can play so much more when you're here, don't you think appa is becoming a bit tired of carrying you around all the time?
He said you're heavy and you're also not that small anymore, we're all waiting for you, little one"
The silver-haired alpha smiled and trailed soft kisses down Chan's bump, chuckling when the unborn desperately tried to kick against their father's lips but Felix was just faster.
"I think baby is waiting for their uncle, they want Seungmin to be here"
Chan smiled sadly as he gently poked the small bump that had formed as their baby was sticking their tiny foot out a bit.
"I want that too baby, we all do. But you still have to come out soon, you can't stay in there forever. I understand you love your appa and you love to be with him, I love him too but that's not an excuse."
A soft smile decorated the older's face as he watched his alpha talk to their unborn, he absolutely adored when Felix showed affection to their baby and it was just the cutest thing to witness.
The silver-haired boy would for sure be an amazing dad to their pup, he already was and Chan was looking forward to the birth just as much as the younger.
He was excited to meet their baby and to be finally done with the pregnancy.
Their little one was supposed to come any day now, it was the middle of November and not only had the unborn dropped, Chan was also having quite intense Braxton hicks contractions lately and especially his scent was telling everyone he's almost due.
The closer the omega gets to giving birth, the more their scent changes from their normal scent into the very heavy smell of sweet milk just like the pups would smell once they're born.
Everyone was ready and waiting for the Lee baby to make their appearance, everything was ready for a newborn and also Chan's body had produced enough milk for his baby, the pup just wasn't ready to leave their current home yet.
"Good night sweetie, think about what daddy said, hm?"
Felix giggled softly and left one last kiss on the warm skin of his omega's belly before pulling the older's sleeping shirt down and cuddling up to Chan.
The younger was really so happy how cuddly his mate became since he got pregnant, the omega who once tried to avoid any sort of affection was now so soft and the happiest when he was snuggled up to his alpha.
"Sleep well Channie, love you~"
"You too Lixie, love you more~"
They fell asleep in each other's arms, soft purrs escaping both wolves while their little one slept peacefully right between their parents safe in their appa's tummy, maybe or maybe not reconsidering their daddy's words.
Because late at night when the wind was howling outside and the rain was splashing against the window of their bedroom, just a few minutes after midnight had passed, the older was woken up by a quite strong contraction making him moan out of pain.
"Channie? What's wrong?"
The younger asked groggily as he turned around, furrowing his eyebrows in confusion and worry.
In other circumstances it would have been a pretty cute sight, sleepy Felix with his hair tousled in every direction.
But right now Chan's focus was on something else.
"Lixie-"
he groaned as the muscles in his belly tightened again, his hand automatically going to hold his hardening bump.
"I think the-"
His sentence got interrupted by a small splashing sound and he cringed feeling the warm fluid trickle down his inner thighs and soaking his pants plus the bedsheets under him.
"I think the little one took your words to heart."
