Ch 17: Crisis on Earth X pt 5 (The real one this time)

"Oh, are you? Hooray for that, I'll string up a balloon." Felicity glared. "See everyone else might be fooled by this little reformation act you've got going on, but I see you. I see what you really are. Running around with the likes of Amunet Black, ruining Caitlin's life, if Clarity won't stay away from you then you are going to stay away from her. I don't want you around my friend or any of the children." Felicity lifted her chin up as she spoke. "The battles over, this round at least. We don't need an ice cold killer anymore. You've overstayed your welcome. Its Caitlin's time now."

"Felicity-!" Clarity objected, "You can't just-"

"Shh-Shh," Killer Frost put a finger to Claritys lips, her free hand resting on Clarity's shoulder. "Your friends cold, baby blue. I can respect that."

"Well, I can't." Clarity knocked her hand away to grab it. "You're more than a tool to call on in a fight." Clarity insisted. "Your somebody, your own person even if your stuck sharing a body. You don't have to go if you don't want to. Your allowed to live. No matter what anyone says."

"I know," Killer Frost replied, hand moving from her shoulder to rest under her chin. "You're sweet to care, but truth be told. I just stuck around to make sure you got back here safe. Your friends right icy as she is. This is as far as I should go. You don't need me. A little ice won't do much on those wounds. Your hurt, you need Caity. Cisco will too." Killer Frost pointed out, she pressed a kiss to Claritys forehead and then melted down to Caitlin, who jerked back from Clarity's forehead in surprise.

"Is this going to be a thing with you two now?" Caitlin asked, and Clarity let out a small laugh at the look on the doctors face. "I don't know how many more awkward wake ups I can take."

"No, no," Clarity denied, "She was just saying goodbye is all." She glared at Felicity. "A certain someone made her feel unwelcome."

"Clarity it was-"

"No, don't even." Clarity snapped at the blonde, "I'm done talking with you. I'm done. You have nothing to say that I want to hear right now." Clarity said to Felicity. She turned to Will, Jonas, and Elicia who were all chattering excitedly with one another the boys sitting in the puddle Elicia squating near it. Not having been paying attention to the adults at all.

"Up, up, Munchkins, out of the puddle, please." Clarity called to the trio. "Time to get inside, my frosty body guard melted away. We need to get somewhere safe and out of sight. All of us, right now, okay? Into Stars labs. Let's go."

"How is it safe in there if this place has no security measures?" Will asked taking Elicia's offered hand as he stood up.

"When you have super powers, they kind of become your security measure. If you have them, you might as well use them." Jonas used his newfound time powers on his clothes. The water flying back into the puddle as time reversed for the clothing and water. A green fog in his eyes and around his hands. He could get used to this...

"Not bad, time boy." Elicia flicked him in the arm using her own reality altering powers on her own clothes to make it a reality that her clothes were dry instead of wet.

"Your not so bad either, Mystery girl." Jonas nudged her with his arm and Elicia sent him a playful glare scrunching up her nose sticking out her tongue.

"That's just not fair." Will frowned at the two, suit still sopping. Elicia and Jonas shared a look before they each put a hand on wills arm as their powers washed over him he dried off.

"Kids," Clarity walked behind them catching sight of Cisco being carried on a stretcher. They'd be bringing Prometheus to Star labs next. If he could somehow signal Thawne if he saw Elicia..Clarity's eyes glowed lightning crackling in them. "Now, don't make me use my powers and glitch all of you."
