"Our story had no beginnings"

I always knew, it was pointless
To love u
And to try and fill ur senses with only me

The deeds r now in the past
I regret the moments I could hav lived

The seconds I spent solving ur little facial mysteries
If only I could gather them bit by bit

It would be easy to store an extra day or two
But I'm foolish enough to again gaze at you
When the world becomes as still as a lake
I'll look for a mountain spirit
And pray some for my sake
I'll come for u
And leave before the final tick of the clock
As if the world was never running late...
