ISLA NUBLAR

It was a beautiful sunny day on Isla Nublar, also known the cloud island. This island contained a large multitude of animals but none were as prominent as the most powerful creatures to ever walk the earth.

The dinosaurs, reptile like creatures that have existed here for millions of years before. These animals come in all shapes in sizes from the tiny dromeosaurs, to the towering sauropods, there was no shortage of unique species on this island.

The sun blared through the land as it rose up from the horizon. It casts it's rays of light all over the cloud island, eliminating the darkness of the night.

A giant locust flies through the plain, it was way bigger than the locusts that would roam around the modern day, but they were still inferior in size compared to some of the dinosaurs.

One of the locusts lands on some kind of tree, it starts crawling on the tree doing it's daily routine. But this was no tree and as the 'tree' moved the locust flew away.

In truth, the so called tree was actually a dinosaur in the form of the massive sauropod, Dreadnoughtus.

At a height at about 30 feet tall, and a length at about 85 feet long, and a name that translates to 'fears nothing' it was a titan of a dinosaur that truly lived up to it's name because it had no natural predators.

Just the size alone can ward off even the fiercest of carnivores, and if they were unfortunate enough to get stepped on by one of these, it's going to be the end for them because one step can kill a dinosaur immediately if they get stepped on.

However, despite their massive size, they don't intend to cause any destruction since these are herbivores. They only feast on plants and trees and are not aggressive at all unless a predator is nearby.

The one that the locust landed on earlier started walking towards a nearby lake where other members of it's kind were drinking, the Dreadnoughtus then lowered it's head and started to drink as well to clench it's thirst but just because there are giants on the ground, doesn't mean there aren't giants in the sky.

There were a bunch of flying reptiles called Pteranodons that were feasting on a corpse near the lake. They only had a wingspan that was about 20 feet long.

Their name translated to 'toothless wing' and it's easy to see why since they didn't have any teeth. But they weren't the giants of the sky, in fact in terms of size they were small in comparison to the behemoth that was approaching the corpse.

As the Pteranodons were feasting, they heard the sound of flapping but it was the flapping of a singular creature, not multiple ones. Which meant that whatever this thing was, it was way bigger than they were.

They turn to where the sound was coming from, and what they saw made them flee in terror.

A gigantic plane sized animal flew down to where the Pteranodons were and as it did the smaller flyers got out of the way because they knew that if they challenge this thing, it would basically be asking for death.

The giant then landed on the corpse and snapped at the fleeing Pteranodons and it let out a loud squawk and claimed the corpse as it's own.

This creature was stated to be one of if not, the largest thing to ever fly. The mighty and magnificent, Quetzalcoatlus.

They were Pterosaurs just like Pteranodons but were much larger and were part of the Azhdarchid family of Pterosaurs. It had an 80 feet long wingspan and was 20 feet tall in height, and it's name translates to 'feathered serpent god' named after the legendary creature Quetzalcoatl.
