I came home not long after my jog. Lazarus and Lestat were drinking and conversing with each other. I couldn't help but think about earlier and the fact that I went off like that and ended up giving him head. It was very stupid of me now that I think about it. But it is what it is. At least I know that I have great power when I'm angry. It's just that I need to figure out a way to harness that power. I don't want to be triggered, I want to be able to summon that power from the deepest parts of me with one thought. Some sort of inner command or switch.
I walk into my room and close the door, locking it. I walk to the bathroom and take my clothes of. I turn on the shower, putting the water to a hot setting. I hop in not long after. I soap up my rag and scrub the dirt off of my body. I rinse off and get out of the shower walking to the bathtub. I honestly needed to get more flower for my bath. I hate going into a bathtub dirty. I don't like to sit in my own filth. I walk over to the small bag and took out the herbs, I mix them all together. I put on my robe and walk out of my room. I walk to the kitchen and grab a pot off of the hook. I pour some bottle water in it. I pour the herb and oil mixture inside a giant hemp tea bag and place it in the water. I put the pot on the stove and turn the water to high.
I could feel Lazarus lurking behind me. His eyes were tearing into my mortal flesh. I don't say a word to him, I don't need to spark an argument or a conversation. The last thing I need is to be spread across the counters with him giving me some sort of lesson. I roll my eyes. The funny thing is that in moments like this I should be saying a quick protection spell. To shield myself from that. But I'm not going to, because one touch I'll be in his palm.
