Here's a little sunrise/morning manifestation exercise with you all.

As soon as you wake up in the morning, take a notebook (it could be your book of shadows or just a plain old notebook) and write down some things you want to achieve that day. You can write down as many as you want. You don't have to achieve them all, but still make them realistic. And then write down about three small things you want to manifest that you will see, like a red rose, butterfly, or black and white shirt.

Then, at sunset, or right before you go to bed, write 5 or more things that you're grateful for.

This is a very simple little ritual and great if you're into gratitude journaling!
