Keantae held his now pierced stomach watching as Romani ran in now trying to pull him away.

He knew Makel couldn't do it.

Makel had let off the shot.

"yo a-llow it."Romani huffed through the pain he felt in his arm.

Lorenzo now ran in gun pointed at his chest, he took the shot.

BANG!

"Im g-gonna die..." Keantae said through the tears in his eyes.

He watched Na'von run around in the park with a few of the other kids, he loved how happy his son was even if he couldn't see how unhappy his father was.

He often found himself thinking if that moment even if it was 3 years ago, it was traumatising.

"Navz come drink some." he called out .

he came running towards his dad in a matter of seconds, "daddy, that little girl keeps pushing me!"

"what did you do?"

"i pushed her."

"good job, you don't hit her unless she hits you and even then come tell me okay?"

he nodded drinking his juice.

"mummy was crying yesterday."

"why?"

"don't know. was holding his tummy."

"her." he corrected
"she was holding her tummy Na'von."

"i wanna see TT tomorrow. and Khari."

"i'll see what i can do."

"and then the dog jumped up so high!" Na'von shouted .

"really?" Melani asked

"yeah.. yeah and i forgot."

"just think about it bub"

she knew there was no point in talking to him about it as he now had held onto his night toy.

a teddy bear that was Keantae's as a child, he only used it to go to sleep.

"come on Navz bed time."she told him and he got up holding her hand.

he watched her walk into the bedroom after just putting Na'von down for bed.

"was you crying yesterday?" he asked her

"i was watching a movie. did Navz tell you that?"

he chuckled and nodded.

"he can get someone in trouble."

he licked over his lips watching as she cleaned her face

"come 'ere." he flirted

"i'm changing tae and i swear your always hor-"

he raised his eyebrows and bit down on his lip.

"dim the light."

she did as told turning down the light and walking over to him slowly, he tugged on her shirt pulling her up close to him and kissing her.
