Act 1 Scene 10
ROSE is looking out her window in the Gryffindor girl's dorms, trembling as she does
Rose: The cruciatus curse. That's what he means. He's going to torture me if I don't do what he said. So... do I get tortured or do I betray my parents?
She thinks about this for a moment
I'd rather die than betray them. So, I'll get tortured too.
BLUEBELL BROWN enters the room
Bluebell: Rose?
ROSE jumps and spins around
Rose: Oh... Bluebell! Hi, I didn't see you there!
Bluebell: I just came to tell you... Scorpius Malfoy is waiting to talk to you.
Rose: Okay... yeah.... I'll talk to him.
She's shaking as she stands up and walks outside
Scorpius: Hi Rose, would you like to eat lunch with Albus and I? We're gonna be by the lake.
Rose: Oh... yeah, that sounds fun.
SCORPIUS notices that she looks nervous
Scorpius: Rose, are you okay?
Rose: (quickly) Yeah, I'm fine.
Scorpius: I can listen if you wanna talk. Isn't that what friends do?
Rose: I... can't tell you about this.
SCORPIUS nods slowly, walking away
Scorpius: So, yes?
Rose: Yeah, that's my verdict.
SCORPIUS walks out of the room, excited yet worried about ROSE
