y/n pov:

I woke up and stretched out my arms as I let out a silent yawn.
I haven't slept like that in a few years, standing up I noticed frisk and chara in their bed I was surprised to say the least as this meant I slept for the whole day after chara left speaking of chara I felt the same warm feeling when I looked at her sleeping expression she seemed so relaxed and peaceful I couldn't help but smile.
that all changed when I saw her expression become a sad one one as she started mumbling  all I could make out were the words "azzy" and "I'm sorry"
she has nightmares too,
I gently shook her and she flew up panting heavily she turned towards me and backed up a little she was crying a bit so I whipped her tears with my sleeve

"w...what happened?" chara:

"you were having a bad dream so I woke you up"
I said with a sincere smile

she looked away and sat down with her legs hanging off the bed I sat next to her

"you wanna talk about it?"

"no"
she responded coldly but I didn't mind I could tell she was hurting and I wanst going to pry on something like that.
*whispers*
"you think that would help?"
*whispers*
"ok"
I opened my arms to her and offered a hug she was hesitant at first but slowly accepted it
I then took her in my arms and comforted her which was surprising cause she's still way taller then me,
I swore I saw her blush as she questions me but I ignore her and told her to relax she did and we stayed like that for a while.
it was later in the day I had nodded off again only to be woken up by the sound of a camera clicking I blinked a few times and looked through my bangs to see frisk holding her phone and giggling quietly
my face flushed red instantly and I quickly moved to grab I waking chara in the process.
she quickly noticed why I moved and we both went after frisk we chased her around the room and through the house before going back into the room,
we managed to corner her but she dropped it down in between her chest the first place I'd never touch a woman without consent somehow she knew my weakness.
chara however didn't give one single fuck and shoved her hand up frisk's sweater but came empty handed

"if you want the phone I want something too" frisk:

"fine what do you want?"
I asked feeling embarrassed.

she smirked and said she wanted to see my eyes which was a simple task.
I pulled back my bangs and opened my eyes showing off the golden glow she watched in amazement as my eyes gave off a distinct glow in the dim room.

"now give the phone sis" chara:

"first promise me I could have five of your chocolate bars" frisk:

"wha...no way!!!" chara:

"I'm about to send it to sans~" frisk:

"alright fine five and that's it!" chara:

frisk gave an evil smile and gave us the phone.
chara hastily grabbed the phone and searched for the picture when she found it she blushed I looked at it as well and chuckled slightly but she turned it out of my view and did something I couldn't see before she deleted it and through it back to frisk
I wondered if things like this happened between them often I smiled seeing how this family works I felt the slightest touch of happiness a feeling I missed along time ago.

timeskip to after breakfast....

no one pov:

you all ate a delicious breakfasts it was amazing blueberry waffles with chocolate syrup you loved it and it was the best food you've eaten in years
you thanked toriel and she happily accepted as frisk brought up the idea of leaving for the day to show you around chara agreed and you wanted to do so as well because of curiosity.
