Chapter 1

Sophia

Today it was Luke's birthday and we all decided that we were going out for some drinks since it's been a long time we've done this

Me,Luke,Calum,Michael and Ashton have known each other for 6 years and we are all roommates for the last 3 months

Me and Luke met at a seminar about the human brain and even though I am a preschool teacher I always liked to learn different things from my profession

After we met Luke introduced me to the other guys and since then we are all inseparable

All of the guys are doctors with different specialties Luke is a Neurosurgeon, Calum is Cardiologist, Ashton is an orthopaedic surgeon and Michael is a general surgeon

Of course sometimes it gets super annoying because they always want to check on me but most of the times I'm really good at hiding things and dealing with them by myself

Right now though I was really struggling at hiding my stomach pain cause it was really bad but I wasn't going to ruin our night and especially Luke's birthday

"Soph are you done using the bathroom I have to pee"Luke banged at the bathroom door as I was trying to get myself together

"Yes I'll be out in a minute" I said back asI flashed the toilet and pretending I'm washing my hands

I open the door and I was immediately met with Luke

"Finally jeez I'm going to pee myself" he said as I finally exited the bathroom

I rolled my eyes

I was really comfortable with the guys and the guys were comfortable with me we have literally see each other only with underwears on thousands times and naked sometimes

Okay some of them may have been by accident when we open the bathroom door without knocking but you get the point

"You're so melodramatic" I said as he pushed his way to the bathroom to pee

I made my way downstairs to the rest of the guys that were sitting in the living room waiting to leave

"You ready?"Calum asked me and I sat down at the couch trying to ease the pain in my stomach because it got worse when I was standing

"Yes Luke was just being a baby because he wanted to use the bathroom" I said as I rested one of my hands to my stomach

"Classic" Ashton said and we laughed

"Does your stomach hurt"Michael asked me and I looked at him pretending I was confused with what he said

"No why?" I lied

"Because your holding your stomach"he said back and I looked at my hand on my stomach

"And I can't rest my hand on my stomach without being in pain?" I said sarcastically

"You can but you do look a little bit paler than usual"Michael said and Calum and Ashton both leaned to see my face clearer

"Oh my god you guys are so annoying when you're going into your doctor mode for literally no reason" I said as I stood from the couch and walked to the door

"Come on we're leaving" I said as I opened the door

After that we all got into the car driving to the night club we were going

The ride was about 20 minutes and it was mostly the guys singing Britney Spears and Lady Gaga while I tried to join as much as I could without them noticing my discomfort

We finally arrived at the club and the guys were all jumping around

"God I missed this" Ashton said as we entered at the club and went to our table

"Yeah me too" I said almost yelling to him since the music was so loud

"Drinks!"Michael said as soon as we were at our table

They all cheered and Michael went with Calum to get the drinks

"You okay Soph?" Luke asked me while we were waiting for our drinks

I turned my head to look at him while he looked at me with frowned eyes

"Yeah I'm fine" I said back with a small smile

"You sure you look kinda off" he said back to me

"I'm fine Luke it's just I haven't been here for a long time and I'm not used to it" I said to him and I saw him nod

The guys were back with 10 shots of what looked like tequila

Oh god this is definitely not going to help my stomach but I can't let them know

"Bottoms up!"Calum yelled as we all picked our shots and gulped them down

I could feel my stomach getting worse but I just hoped it would get better by the time

Something tells me this is not going to happen

This is going to be a long night...
