"I'd say I'm sorry for your loss, but that would be such a lie. Truth is, I'm reveling in your suffering. About time something worth while happened around here,"
Clarity's head snapped to her rooms door her blood running cold. A blonde was stood in the doorway, dressed in all black. Leather gloves covering her hands. Delancy.

"No." Clarity whispered out the word, her heart just about stopping. Delancy Artemis Cooper, stood in the doorway a vile smile upon her red lipstick covered lips. The girl who'd tormented her, bullied her since she was five years old until the day she left for college, was standing not 6 feet away from her. Clarity had hoped to never see her again, but when did she ever get what she wanted these days?
"Well that's not a proper greeting. Come now Clarity, we've known each other forever. I think I deserve better than that. I deserve a proper hello." The blonde approached her, shutting the door behind her as she walked into the room. "Do it. Say hello. Say Hello Delancy it's so very nice to see you again."
Clarity kept her mouth shut staring at her completely frozen. Eyes wide and glassy. Even with her superpowers, in an instant just by locking eyes with her she felt small. Like she was the tender age of five and Delancy was about to shove her into the mud for the very first time. Like she was back in high school and Delancy was going to shove her into the lockers steal her first kiss away just so it would be hers. Just a sick way to ensure that Clarity would never forget her. All those painful memories were rushing back as she looked at the smiling blonde. Her knees were shaking. Why were they doing that? Why couldn't she get them to stop? She had the overwhelming urge to run, but Delancy had shut the door. If she glitched Delancy would know about her powers. That she couldn't allow. She'd ruin her life. Tell the whole town. God, why was she here? Why now?
"Hm, I assumed you'd be smart enough to use your manners. It's a shame, I was going to keep this short and pleasant, now I don't think I will. Giving me the silent treatment after i've come all this way just to see you?" Delancy clicked her tongue. "Not the brightest move, Stutterella."
"You never miss a chance," Clarity started, finally finding her voice though it was as tiny as she currently felt. Making it a point to think out every word before she said them so she wouldn't stutter as the old nickname suggested she would. "Do you?"
"One step closer to you being orphaned." Delancy smiled. "Why would I ever miss that? The look of agony on your face alone, it's priceless."
"You know your supposed to pay your respects at a funeral. This, This doesn't feel very respectful." Clarity replied, trying to find her courage though she regretted the words the second that she said them as Delancy's smile widened.
"Was that back talk I just heard? Fact check before you try to correct people or else you'll sound like a total idiot. Though what can I expect from someone who hacked into school records to change our grades because she was too stupid to do our homework's and papers and projects well enough."
