Time felt like it slowed down when I drove to the hospital. I rushed through the doors to see the team sitting in the waiting room. Hailey came up to me and engulfed me in a hug. I hadn't realized it but I had been crying.
"He's gonna be okay? Okay."
"What happened?" I asked.
"He was ambushed." I nodded and sat down next to Hailey.

Dr. Marvel walked out into the waiting room causing us to stand up.
"How is he?" I was the first one to ask.
"He's perfect." I let out a breath of relief
"Can I see him?" He nodded and lead me to his room.
"Are you an idiot? Do you enjoy laying in hospital beds?"
"It wasn't my fault."

"Let's get married." He said out of the blue.
"Jay were already getting married."
"I meant when I can stand out of this bed." I gave him a look.

"Well with you being a marine you can get deployed at any minute. And we saw what happened today. I wanna marry you before it's too late."
