Chapter One.

*BEEP* BEEP* *BEEP*

"Ugh" I mumble into my pillow tiredly, turning my alarm off on my phone.

School sucks, but for some reason I still love it, sometimes.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Primrose Nova Jones, but please call me Rosie. I am seventeen years of age and I am the daughter of a big time CEO of an multi-millionaire tycoon of a father Tyler Jones, along with being the daughter of Lindsey Jones, school nurse of Blue Smith High, home of the tigers. I am a socially awkward girl who stays in corner and will never leave, I am not the popular type but that doesn't bother me because I have the best three friends I could ask for. Harvey Owens, Nina and Tristan Delta. Tristan and Nina are lovely little set of twins, but not identical twins.

I am the type of girl who likes to sit behind and listen to every word the teachers say, because it is like a mission to get what is given to me done, and in other people's eyes class me as a nerd.

If your wondering what I look like I have long wavy light brown hair with hazel eyes with a hint of green in them. My skin is pale but not to pale but if I do go in the sun I can catch a slight tan. A lot of people say I look exactly like my mother with our matching hair and eyes but in reality I don't. Mum is much tanner and her bone structure is much more defined than mine, her cheek bones are higher than mine. I get my paleness from dad. Pretty much the only thing that matches with me and my mother is our wavy hair and nose and lips, everything else I get from my dad. Apart from the eye colour, its a mix of both of their eyes. I think the only thing we all have the same is having brown hair.

But enough about me, lets move on and let me show you day in the life of Rosie.

A couple of knocks at the door is what wakes me up from my sleep making me groan in annoyance but only because I am really tired at the moment and because I didn't get much sleep last night. My body feels heavy and achy as I stretch under my sheets. I open my eyes but instantly close them shut when the bright sun burns my tired eyes.

"Rosie sweetie are you up?" I hear his deep voice question me through my wooden door. A small smile graces my tried face when I hear his voice, my dad's voice. Ever since I started school he would come and make sure I am awake on time.

I mumble an incorrect sentence and place my head back down on my warm and soft pillow. I hear him chuckle behind my door before the squeak of it being pushed open sounds around my room.

"Go away" I mumble into my pillow as I hear him approach my bed.

"Rude" he says with a laugh as he grows closer. The bed dips down from his weight as he sits down on my bed beside me. "Time to get up sleepy bones" he whispers making me groan again before rolling onto my back and look up to him, my eyes squinted due to the sunlight. Dad laughs at me and I frown at him.
