Time, is it a good thing or is it a bad thing, I think it can be both, time makes things boring, if only you could make time go past faster it would be so much easier, but we have have fun for time to go by, but... being locked away makes things... difficult.

"Y/n~~... wake upppppp" salacia said while shaking me
"Why......" I said not moving at all
"The stone I gave you is glowing and I can't sleep with it on" she said
"What?..." I said not really understanding her
"You necklace, it's glowing!" She said while showing me the necklace around my neck
"What?! How?!" I asked
"IDK!!" She said, then suddenly my hair started floating up and my tips of my hair turned a different colour (make it any colour you want) and my hair went back to how it normally was
"I'm going to look in the library to see if anything has been written about it" I said getting out of bed and put a black fluffy blanket around my shoulders
"Can I come?" She asked
"I'm sorry but I don't want you to be seen by any of the Guards, you could get hurt"I said
"Hmph, fine" she said and crossed her arms, I swam out of my room and into the hallway
"Lady Y/n, you should be asleep" a guard whispered yelled, they had brown hair and dark green eyes
"I need to clear my mind, so I'm going to the library" I said
"I'll come with you, I don't want you getting taken and I don't think Nathaniel would like that either" the guard said but the way he said Nathaniel was so bitter
"Oh, ok, I need someone to talk to anyways" I said, we started swimming to the library
"So what's your name?" I asked
"My name is Maxi, I'm new to being a guard so that's why I have the night shift" he said
"Nice to meet you Maxi, you are very handsome" I said smiling at him, his face went as red as a ruby
"H-H-WH-GAH!" Just gibberish came out of his mouth, I giggled, we where out the front of the library, I opened the door and swam in and went to the tall shelf's
"What type of books are you into Maxi?" I asked
"I-I-Uhm I like romance novels..." He said looking down at his feet, I swam over to him and held his jaw his face went even redder then before
"Yup, you can tell by your eyes and the way how your face went red right now, you have read to many romance novels and that your single" I said, and yawed at the end of that sentence, I went back up the the tall shelf's and found a book about the four stones, I put it under my arm and swam back down to maxi
"Thank you for making sure that I am ok, I hope I will see you again soon" I said and kissed his cheek, I swam out the door as fast as I could and bumped into someone in front of my bedroom door
"What are you doing up so late?!" Nathaniel said
"I went to go clear my head In the library because I couldn't sleep" I said looking up at him
"Come with me, your gonna sleep with me tonight" Nathaniel said , picking me up and putting me on-top of his shoulder making me drop my blanket and my book
"Aww" I said
"So Y/n, why couldn't you sleep?" Nathaniel asked
"I had a nightmare..." I said thinking of something to make up if he asked what
"What was it about" he said, knew it..
"That mom and Dylan got kidnapped by someone and I didn't even know about it.." I said acting sad, still on Nathaniel shoulder
"I'll help you sleep, ok?" Nathaniel said, I sniffed his hair lightly and it smelled like something sweet
"Yea.." I said I closed my eyes and fell asleep
Nathaniels POV
'Ok... she fell asleep... ok, good, I'm gonna put her in my bed and go pick up her things' I thought, I swam out the room and went to the same spot where she was before but all her stuff was being picked up by a guard, his tail was covered very well, he's very suspicious...
"Name?" I asked while swimming up to them
"Uhm, I'm M-Maxi" he said and dropped all of the stuff
"New?" I asked
"Yes sir!" He said
"Give me all of that stuff please" I said
"But sir this is for-" I cut him of
"Are you the king of this kingdom, because I'm pretty sure that that's me" I said, I looked at him directly and saw that his face was a little pink, he handed me her blanket and book
"What where you doing 5 minutes ago?" I asked
"Uhm i was talking to Y/n..." he said
"Do you like Y/n?" I asked
"N-no" he said
"O-k... go to the guard quarters" I said, he started swimming to the guard quarters
'he's weird, I don't like that... hes already to close to Y/n and he's only a guard' I thought
