"MISS Y/N WHAT HAPPENED??" A maid swam at me at full speed
"I went for a walk outside of the castle?" I said
"The king and prince forbids you from going out, and everyone in the fortress doesn't want to lose you" she said and put her arms on her tail breathing hard
"I'm sorry, I'll go apologise to the prince" I said
"Ah yes! I'll show you where he is" the maid said
"Thank you" I said
"Not a problem miss" she said and we swam in to fortress
"So where is Nathaniel?" I asked
"In your room" the maid said, my eyes widened
"Why my room!!" I asked
"He was worried you got hurt, so he stayed in your room keeping his mind off of things" the maid said and we went upstairs and I saw my door to my room was open
"May we come in prince?" The maid said
"Have you found her!!" He said looking out the window not even looking at the door
"I was just out having a swim, It's fine, I fine" I said, he bolted around and swam at me in full speed, and he picked me up and hugged me
"I THOUGHT YOU GOT HURT!!" He yelled
"M-My ears..." I said, just a ringing went through
"....." silence was heard from the prince while he spoke
"Why can't I hear anything!" I screamed, then I put my hands onto my ears and pulled away... blood, I looked at Nathaniel, he had his arms in my shoulder repeatedly saying something and I'm guessing he's saying sorry, the maid ran out of the room and Nathaniel sat me in my bed , he walked to the other side of the room and sat down facing the wall
"It's ok, I've had worse then this" I said, he was still staring at the wall
"I broke my fin once, and my arm a few times actually" he turned around with concern in his eyes
"I'm clumsy, I even dislocated my shoulder by falling over" I said pointing to my shoulder (DID HAPPEN but with knee, not fun)
"I'm not sure if you can hear me, but I'm sorry I left, and I deserve this, I left and didn't tell anyone, I'm sorry" I said then a doctor came in and looked in my ear, he put a few drops in each and wrote down in a book saying that I should rest for a little bit
Nathaniel wrote down on a book and gave it to me, I read it
'I'm sorry, I think I have to go, I'm so so sorry, I'll leave you so you can get some rest, see you soon' as soon as I looked up to find Nathaniel he wasn't there, then the maid and the doctor left, I got into bed and fell asleep
Nathaniel POV
"BITCH!! USLESS!! YOU HURT HER!!!" I yelled while punching punching bags
"I HURT HER!... I hurt her... hurt... her..." I said while falling into my tail
"Nathaniel you need to be better!" Mother said
"I'm sorry, it's just... I didn't mean to hurt her!!, she could be permanently deaf!!" I said
"Deaf...........FUCK!!!" I got up and punched to bag as hard as I could and the rope snapped
"NATHANIEL!! You are a PRINCE!! Act like one!!" Mother said
"But she's everything..." I said to her
"At this moment Your father will do what He did to your catfish" ( the cat fish is like a cat but with fins and gills, they are fluffy and everything like a normal cat they just have fish features) mother said
Flashback
"Come on Sam!!" I said swimming down the halls with a silver catfish swimming behind me
"Nathan!" Dad said
"Yes dad?" I asked
"You need to do classes!" He said
"But I'm playing with Sam?" I said, dad walked over to Sam and picked him up and snapped his neck
"Classes NOW!" Dad said
"Yes sir..." I said and followed him
"Go to your room and change first, what your wearing is horrific, not fit for a prince" dad said
"Yes sir..." I said and walked to my room
"I'll kill him, I'll kill him, ILL KILL HIM!!" I got a knife out of my cupboard and through it at a target on the other side of the room... bullseye...
"I'll kill him if someone mentions this..." I said
Flashback ends
The side of my mouth was twitching
"Nathaniel?" Mom asks
"I'll kill him..." I said, I swam up to mom and took a knife of a desk
"NATHANIEL!" She yelled
"Bitch" I said, I stabbed her in her chest right where her heart would be, I walked out of the workout room and into the hallway
"This is fun..." I said, I swam to the throne room and found father sitting one the throne
"So, it's happening..." he said, side of my mouth twitched again
"Just do it, you wouldn't be able to run a kingdom" he said
"Gaurds!!, through him his coronation in 2 days!!" He yelled
"Goodbye sir!" All the guards yelled, I swam up to him and snapped his neck
"Just like Sam..." I said
