In the room it was clear that a coffin was behind the door and the Nazi scientist showed a corpse lying in bed.

Euphemia wakes up in the medical room and there is a heartbeat device and a casket still behind the door. She was shocked, the last she remembered was Zero killing her, however it felt suspended animation, and she continued walking out and looking at the hallway. It made Euphie feel reluctant, what else did she have to force it, as she walked she found a way out, when she came out she saw a hallway filled with glass and photos, then she saw a red flag with a white circle and a swastika in the middle, Euphie doesn't know what's going on, he looks at the map and is surprised, that there is no E.U., but a country called the Greater Germanic Reich, which controls Europe, Africa, the Arabian Peninsula and parts of Russia
