Continuation from part five

I took a deep breath as I rang the doorbell.

Bryce answered this time.

"Heartbreaker! What are you doing at my doorstep?"

"I need to speak to Blake."

"Alright. Come in. Get comfortable, you can take off your bra if you like."

Kylie came in after me. "

Whoa! Pregnant Woman, too? Are we going to have a threesome!"

"No, asshole," Kylie said.

Bryce chuckled.

"You like me, huh?" he asked Kylie.

I saw Kylie blush.

I laughed under my breath a little.

"I do not like you like that, Bryce."

"Alright, alright."

Though I was heartbroken I had to laugh. I laughed so hard my face turned red.

I never thought about Kylie and Bryce together, but now it just sounds perfect.

"Why are they here?" Blake's voice startled me.

"Ah, heartbreaker here wants to talk to you," Bryce said, sitting next to Kylie.

I saw Kylie blush again and then she looked away.

I cleared my throat.

"Uh, I would like to apologize to you, Blake."

He shifted his weight to his other leg and crossed his arms.

"I'm waiting."

"Look, I'm so sorry about everything. I didn't plan for Noah to hurt you like that. I'm so sorry for that. I would've helped but I was afraid I might still have feelings for you."

I took in a gasp of air and looked at Blake.

"So, if you're afraid you still have feelings for me, then why are you here?"

"Because I and Noah are over and I don't care anymore."

Blake lifted his eyebrow.

"You guys broke up. Why?"

"He cheated on me."

"With three girls at one time." "The dude must have a lot of sex stamina," Bryce mumbled.

Blake tilted back his head and laughed.

"Wow, he had an orgy. Without you. It must suck to be you right now."

I looked down at the floor I felt the tears drop from my eyes and onto the floor. Of course, Blake wouldn't forgive me. I let him get beat up and I cheated on him. I broke off the engagement and totally ignored him.

"But, you know I can never hold a grudge against you, Dixie. There's just something about you that is so damn addicting." I looked up and smiled.

"Thank you," I said and ran into his arms.

"You're welcome," he murmured.

I looked into his eyes.

"Best friends?"

He smiled.

"Best friends." he agreed and held me tighter.
