"It's starting to get hot today" July is Just around corner, just a few days left and August will come, just thinking about this made me feels hotter. I always hate summer.

"Ah! That's remind me, did you hear about summer break, Kiyotaka-kun?" Girl that sat in front of me asked.

"Summer break? No. I mean, isn't it just like any other break? Or is there something special about it?"

"I've heard about a rumors that we might be taking a vacation to a tropical island, isn't that amazing?!" She looked excited.

Aaaah, I guess Chabasira-sensei did said something about summer vacation or something, but since I usually doze off during class I can't really remember properly what she said that time, No actually I can't even remembered anything she said during class. Her lecture basically goes in one ear and out another. I mean what is the point for me to studying something that I've learned 8 years ago?

But vacation on tropical island huh..... Something is fishy here.

"Well it is indeed amazing if that's really true. But could we really go on such vacation?" I asked. I can't just help but felt suspicious about this.

I mean just like at our surroundings, fancy school that fully equipped with all sort of facilities to indulge every students nececity; cafe, restaurant, game center, bowling center, karaoke, theatre, boutique, and much more, on top of that all of this are fully covered by government. And now they want to give us a holiday on tropical island for free? Even elementary students would understand that this is too good to be true.

"Yeah I get what you're saying, I also happen to think this is suspicious"

"Yeah that's what I think, maybe there's a catch or something, for example there's hidden assessment from school and it could affect our personal record or even class point"

"You mean the school want to evaluate us during summer break or something?"

"Maybe, I mean this school is famous for producing talent right?"

"Yeah I understand, we still don't know anything about how the school work. It's always good to put up our guard. If we got careless, there's possibilities that the gap between class widen further and we won't be able to catch up" She really is determined to reach Class A, good luck with that.

"Well we just need to do our best then" I said.

Actually the one who need to work especially hard were Horikita, Hirata, and Kushida since I never really care about class conflicts. Just as Chabasira-sensei said back then in guidance office, I don't care if I was placed either class D or class A. On the contrary, Horikita seems too fixated on reaching class A to the point she would drag herself to the death if it's required. Nah I'm dramatized too much.

Speaking of Horikita, I need to avoid her at all cost. She has been constantly trying to fish for my cooperation everytime while disregarded my feelings to live peacefully. I guess Chabasira-sensei action back then on guidance office really pissed her off.

"...At any rate we can't really let our guard down" I added.

"But if we actually did take a vacation on a tropical island that would be awesome! Don't you think so, Kiyotaka-kun?" She asked.

"Sure, it's always good to take a break from daily routine"

"Ah! Ayanokouji-kun! Nice to see you here" Someone called to me. It was Hirata Yousuke, the man who love peace and justice.
