Anyway, I hope that I have helped you in some way or another. I just wanted you guys to know how I am doing. I am doing quite well, aside from the fact that it has been 2 years and 18 days since he did that to me. I don't think about it on a daily basis anymore, it rarely pops up in my head now. I feel like I am healing for sure.
By the way, I am no longer dating Ryder. I found out some really horrible things about him and just didn't want to be with him anymore at that point. He was verbally abusive to me and sometimes was just abusive in general. He wouldn't let go of me when he grabbed my wrist once, he just ignored that I asked him to let go of me...I never really told anyone about that, I don't know why I didn't but I should have. I was so wrapped up in the relationship that I didn't really care about how he was treating me. I just couldn't take it anymore.
