"thank you guys for letting me stay, I really don't feel safe with him. ever since this accident we've been fighting and it's just- it's not a good place for me" I ask once we get to her house
we left right after Jonah came downstairs and I only brought my phone with me which is kind of annoying
"hey we understand. what do you think he's going to do now?"
"hopefully apologize. I don't like fighting with him knowing he can leave me for this other girl"
"what other girl?"
I explain the Tate situation and they are surprised
"Woah that's so weird"
"I know and that's the main reason we've been fighting"
we get out of the car, them helping and go into her house
"We have an extra room you can stay in"
"thank you so much again"
"don't thank me it's the least I could've done"
we go over to the spare room which is luckily on the first floor and they help me get into the bed
"This is so embarrassing" I whisper
"hey don't say that!" Jaidas boyfriend says
"what it is I need two people my age to help me get into a bed"
"so what, you need all the support you can get right now. now don't be embarrassed and go to sleep"
"fine goodnight"
"goodnight, we'll help you up tomorrow morning. when's your next therapy appointment"
"in two days, hopefully, me and Jonah will be good by then"

"Baby I'm so sorry I'm an idiot please accept my apology," Jonah says after I answer his call
he won't stop calling and texting me and I'm trying to sleep so I had to answer
"don't talk to me Jonah I'm really upset with you," I say bitterly
"I know you are and I understand why but still I'm sorry"
"I don't care honestly. I knew you were going to get annoyed with me eventually I didn't expect it this soon but whatever"
"Can we please stay together I love you and I have plans for our future," he says and I hear him crying
"I guess. I just need some time alone right now. I think we both have been too close together and it's good to get away"
"but I don't want to be away from you! I need you in my life and I can't deal with this right now!"
"you were going to leave me alone on the floor because we had a small argument! clearly, you wanted to be away from me Jonah"
"But I didn't I'm sorry I'm so so sorry"
"whatever then I told you I'll go home eventually but for right now we NEED to stay apart"
"fine but I'm picking you up tomorrow I don't care what you say"
