Mai's POV

I look around and see an insanely happy family.
Aurora and Alicia are giggling and throwing water balloons at each other.

I'm sat on the side of the pool, rubbing my very pregnant belly with Luca.
Who I'm now married to.

Rose and Alessandro are watching TV.

There's been so much happening.
Rose and Alessandro have gotten married.
Tomorrow both girls turn four.
Rose and I are pregnant.
I'm having a boy, so is she.

Life has been so good.
No break ins. No serious murders. Everyone is safe and happy.

Rose no longer has severe anxiety.
She's also an anonymous author of a very famous book called "Disconnection".

She's so happy, literally glowing.

Rose's POV

"Auntie Mai! Look I caught a butterfly!" Aurora squeals.

"Lookie Uncle Luca! I got one too!" Alicia squeals soon after.

Mai is deathly afraid of bugs.

"Sweetie, please get that away from me..." She tells Aurora ever so gently.

Aurora places it on Luca's head and runs away.

I giggle as I walk out with one of the maids, Delilah.

She's prepared food for us.

I thank her and tell her she's allowed to take off for the rest of the day.

"Hmm... Who told you, you could tell my workers they can take the day off?" Sandro whispers jokingly.

I giggle and turn to him.

I give him a small peck.

"Girls! Come here please!" I call.

Both girls come running over to me.

"Yes mommy?" They answer in sync.

"The maids have put a bathing suit for each of you in your rooms. Willow and Nina will help you put them on so you can cool off in the pool." I tell them.

"Oki mama!" Aurora says excitedly as they run inside.

"No running!" Sandro yells.

I giggle.

They all make me so happy.
Pure happiness.
Everyday with this family is hectic, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
Our family is perfect.
Not at all what I imagined,
But perfect.

So very perfect.
