Chapter Twenty-Three: More than just a rich boy?

Jess's Pov
I woke up with Y/N still sleeping. I kissed her shoulder, and got up. I got dressed, looked at Y/N. She looked so peaceful, I don't know why I have to leave. All I know is that she deserves better than what I can give her. I stood at her doorway to her bedroom for a minute. Then I left before she woke up. I carefully closed the door, trying not to make any noise. I was walking out and I got into my car.
Y/N's Pov
I woke up, and turned to Jess. I sat up, and saw that Jess wasn't there. I got up and changed, and went to the living room and saw that Jess had left.
"Jess.." I whispered.
He left. Again. Of course he did, why do I keep trusting him? Why do I keep letting him back into my life? Those are the questions that I kept on asking myself.
I took a shower, and got dressed. I washed my face brushed my teeth etc.
I heard a knock at my door. I went and opened it.
"Y/N, I think you made a mistake," Logan said.
I bolted into his arms, and I couldn't hold back my cry's.
"Hey.. what's wrong?" He asked.
"H-He's g-g-gone," I stuttered out.
"That guy?" Logan asked.
I nodded.
He gently rubbed my back.
"I'm so sorry.." I whispered.
"No, no, it's okay," He said.
"I trusted him. Again. I thought he loved me," I cried.
"Well it's his loss," Logan said.
I looked up at him.
"I want to be with you Y/N," He said.
"I want to be with you too Logan," I said.
He leaned and kissed me, I kissed back. We slowly pulled back.
"Hey, listen, I'm going to Stars Hollow," I started.
"Mhm," He said.
"I'd like you to come with. I'm gonna make up with my mom, Rorys coming home for the weekend too," I said.
"With her boyfriend?" Logan asked.
"Her high school sweetheart, Dean," I said.
Logan nodded.
"Come please?" I asked.
"Does this mean that I'm your boyfriend?" He asked.
"I guess so," I said.
"Okay, I'll go," He said.
"Thank you!" I smiled.
He left so that he can go pack. I went to my room and packed.
After we were all packed and everything, we got into his fancy fancy car.
"Hey, so just pull in at my moms house," I said.
"I'll show you where it is," I said.
"Okay," Logan said.
"Thank you for doing this. I really appreciate it," I told him.
"Of course," He said.
"Can I ask you something?" He asked.
"Of course," I smiled.
"Your over him?" Logan asked.
"..Yes.." I answered.
"You said that last time," He said.
"If Jess comes back.. I'm not going with him. My dedication is all you Huntzberger," I said.
"Well I'm glad," He said.
"Well you should be," I said.

When we got there, I showed Logan where to go. We grabbed our stuff and walked to the door. I knocked, and mom answered it.
"Y/N?" She asked.
"Mom," I smiled.
She brought me into a hug. I hugged back.
"What are you doing here?" She asked.
"I wanted to see you. And I wanted you to meet my boyfriend," I said.
"Logan?" She whispered, and I nodded.
"Logan," Mom smiled looked up at him.
"Hello Ms Lorelai," He said.
"Mm I like that," She said as we laughed.
We went inside, and I saw Luke.
"Luke hi," I said.
"Y/N! I didn't know you were coming," Luke said.
"Yeah, well, surprise!" I said.
"This is Logan," I said.
"How ya doin?" Luke asked Logan.
"Fine, you?" He asked.
"I'm doin alright," Luke said.
"Great," Logan said, obviously uncomfortable.
I grabbed Logan's hand.
"Well we were gonna go for a walk. I was gonna show him around," I said.
"Okay hon. Have fun!" Mom said and me and Logan walked out.
We walked out, and started walking.
"So this is the famous Stars Hollow?" Logan asked.
"Yes it is," I smiled.
"So.. are we staying at your moms place?" He asked.
"Yeah, is that okay?" I asked.
"Of course," I said.
"Was that your moms boyfriend?" Logan asked.
"Oh there not dating," I said.
"Okay," Logan said.
I intertwined my fingers with his and layed my head on his shoulder.
"So where to?" He asked.
"Wherever. We could to to Luke's," I said.
"Okay," Logan said.
We walked to Luke's, and went inside. I saw Rory sitting at the counter. I walked over and sat next to o her.
"Hey sis," I said.
She turned around.
"Y/N! Hey!" She said giving me a quick hug.
"I need to talk to you," I said.
"Okay," She said.
Logan sat down with Dean.
"Jess came back last night," I said.
"What? Then why are you with Logan?" She asked.
"He came back banging on my door, he said he loves me, then we slept together. And then when I woke up.. Bender was gone," I said.
"He just left?" Rory asked.
"He just picked up and left?!" She shouted.
"Yep," I sighed.
"But I'm over it. I'm over him. I want to be with Logan now," I said.
"Well I applaud you," Rory told me.
"Thanks," I said.
"Of course," She said.
I smiled, and Logan walked back over.
"I hope I'm not interrupting anything," Logan said with his signature smile.
"No, not at all, me and Rory were just talking," I said, standing up.
"Well me and Logan should get going, I still have to show him the rest of the town," I said.
"Okay, see you at home," Rory said.
"Yeah," I said.
I grabbed Logan's hand, and we walked out.

We spent the rest of the day walking around Stars Hollow. I showed him Ms Patty's, I showed him the market, and I tried avoiding the lake, you can guess why. Anyways, we were walking back to moms.
"So.." Logan started.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"I don't think your mom likes me," Logan said.
"Oh sure she does. She just as an opinion on my love life," I said.
"An opinion?" He asked.
"Well all mothers do," I said.
He nodded and we walked inside.
"Mom?" I asked.
"In the kitchen," She said.
We walked to the kitchen.
"Hey hon," She said standing up from the table.
"Hey," I said.
"You hungry?" She asked.
"Not really, we eat at Al's," I said.
"Okay," She said.
"Hey, we're tired, I think we're just gonna go to bed," I said.
"Okay, meet at Luke's when you guys are up," Mom said.
"Okay," I said.
Me and Logan walked upstairs to my room. Mom had set up a bed next to mine.
I layed down in the spare bed so that Logan could sleep in my bed. I change into some comfy clothes, and layed down.

I was working on an essay that I had due on Monday.
"Hey, I'm gonna go get some water," Logan said.
"Okay," I said.
Logan started putting on a shirt.
"You don't have to put on your shirt," I said.
"Well I'm not gonna walk out there shirtless," He said.
He put on his pants.
"You can just go," I said.
"Well what if your mom walks in?" Logan asked.
He started to put on his socks.
"Logan," I laughed.
Logan looked at me before walking downstairs to the kitchen.
