I AM IRIS?!

When I woke up, the first thing I saw was an unfamiliar ceiling. No, this ceiling... this room, it is familiar. The strange thing isn't this room, but myself.

My hands were unbelievably white, my hair that should have been black was now shining blonde. The surroundings were decorated with girly laces . When I somehow managed to get off the bed and peeked into a mirror...

My startled kitten-like eyes were like amethysts. Long eyelashes and slightly wavy hair that reached up my waist. What reflected in the mirror was an angelic beauty.

"WHAT THE-"

This body's memories was coming back to me. It was the body of 17 year old villainess " Iris ".

It's checkmate, I got checkmated.

I am probably shocked that I have died too, but I am currently shocked endlessly for waking up as the villainess with disastrous ways of death. In that book, Iris de Eugene died a miserable death by being assassinated to get out of the way.

What do I do?

How did I posses her body?

I tried remembering what happened but my memory was fuzzy.

Those words ruled over my mind for a while.

A woman entered the room after knocking on the door. The woman was the Head Maid Bethany as this body recalls.

"Good morning, miss"

Bethany elegantly bowed towards me and started giving instructions to the maids that attend me. And then, I was brought to the dining room.

There was only me in the dining room. I was alone. The breakfast was bread and scrambled eggs, salad, and soup. I thought it was a normal menu, but the bread was hard and I had trouble eating it. Tearing it and biting it off was also difficult.

The villainess Iris de Eugene was a  Young lady who was commonly overbearing. Iris  tries to kill the heroine and gets assassinated by her adopted family.

Having enemies among the family.

I can only cry. It's too tragic.

Her mother had a weak constitution .If I remember correctly, she died when Iris was ten years old. Her mother was forced to marry the emperor and died suffering from both the heart and the body.

Because of that, Iris 's hatred towards the emperor increased. She hated being called princess. It was traumatic for her.

Iris's mother was one of the most beautiful women in the empire, and men continued to try and win her before and after she became a widow. A noble chasing after a widow with a commoner child.
Well, in fact Iris's dad was a mage. One could expect what would happen.

Mages were extremely hated in this world.

She realized that there was a problem as she looked in her mother's face. Her mother's face was pale. The emperor had desired the beautiful Chloe. He wished to plant Chloe, his prized rose into the hareem.

Iris shuddered.

No one could change the emperor's mind anyway, it was futile.

" You must obey the emperor's order."

The emperor's army barged into the Maison. While being captured and dragged away unwittingly, Iris burst into tears .It was the only thing that could come out.

" You should've come out when asked nicely because none of this would  have happened. Huh? You must be Iris. My, My you are pretty just like you mother. I hope you can call me father. He smiled.

Iris wanted to wipe off that smirk from his face. She glared at him, hate in her gaze. Her heart felt numb. It hurt but she tried her best not to show it.

"Please let my mother go" She begged him.

Her eyes were filling with tears and she didn't want to see this happening .She was filled with anger , resentment and despair. Her hands were clenched tightly on her knees. Iris stared coldly at the emperor.

Her memories are too painful even for me.

Oh god! Why am I in an R-19 novel?

I was such a pervert but can you blame me?

The book was centred on the heroine Sylvie. She meets Noah Eugene the emperor on a rainy day he was drugged and she helps him out and yeah ahem we all know what happens.

He bring her to the palace to take responsibility and then Iris gets super mad .She starts getting in the way of their relationship but I guess I thought it was all for the plot.

Anyways, the second male lead Andre Eugene the brother of the male lead too falls I love with her. I was actually rooting them together.

The third and also the sub male lead of the novel which is the priest bullies the heroine and then does it with her yeah it is R-19 ok.

But yeah then the final male lead I don't remember him well I think it was the aide not sure but he also yeah does it with her.

It was a very hot novel and I read it.

I regret doing it ! I had to be Iris of all people she has many enemies than I can count.

This was such a crazy novel which every single male lead was possessive of the female lead enough to kill me.

Yeah in the story the original Iris goes crazy when Noah starts paying attention to Sylvie.

Wow! Why I should I suffer like this huh?

I know I am not Iris so I don't need to get In the way of their love right? Even though my memories and hers are the same I don't need to act like her do I ?

So I concluded. I have to escape every death flags and live off with a golden spoon.

Yeah I am the wife of the emperor now, I will just enjoy my life and then get divorced.

Let's just try to avoid my death flags for now.

From now on I will just sit back down and live leisurely
