"Who wants to start with their report?"

My members hesitated a bit, no one really eager to start presenting the information they had gathered throughout the last weeks. Since I had been stuck at home, I luckily didn't have anything to present so at least I could be the one to lean back and relax.
Not that I did though, the nervousness was still too big to let go of the tense feeling in my muscles.

It took a few seconds until the ravenette gang member Olivia raised her hand and helped to decrease everyone's pressure.
The beauty straightened her posture as she looked at our leader, the rest of us staying quiet just like we normally did.

"Several rumours circulated among residents, saying that individual SVT members had appeared in the city centre, the marketplace in particular. I talked to a handful of people who work around that area as well as regular customers of restaurants or shops."

The ravenette brushed her long, silky hair behind her ear before she continued with her report.
"I asked them if they saw someone who might seem strange or behave unusual and it honestly took a very very long time, but I found an area where several workers have noticed strange men.
There were different guys with masks, at different times, who stood close to the buildings and observed their surroundings for almost an hour without talking or walking anywhere. The bypassers didn't think much about it first, but in retrospect, it seemed weird."

Olivia's report came to an end and just when she nodded with her head in Nayeon's direction, the member had already pulled out a file and slid it in our leader's direction. The thin folder came to a halt perfectly in front of her before she already reached for it and opened the cover.

Nayeon waited patiently and observed as Yeeun took the many pictures in there and scattered them all over the table to get a better view.
She took a closer look at each kne, trying to understand what was happening before Nayeon went on.

"Olivia told me about the witnesses so I went to the said places and asked the different shop owners for their security camera footage.
There were a lot of videos, but I was able to get screenshots of the strangers the people were talking about."

My eyebrows went up in surprise while I tried to get a glimpse of the pictures that were a little too far away from me. It always amazed me when Nayeon was able to get that type of information, but I shouldn't be surprised. She was a police officer after all, living her double life with us while working at the police department.

Of course, she always gave the information she gathered to her coworkers as well, but I guess she never revealed everything due to what had happened in the past.
I still remember when she came to the group after her little sister had almost blended to death because of a shooting SVT had started.
As always though, the police couldn't find any evidence that it was them or even get an idea where they could be staying at that time.
She was out for revenge, no doubt.
