chapter 7

it was the day that thor comes back from Asgard and for the past three weeks, all you did was eat, sleep, music, roam around the tower, and repeat. maybe sometimes watching tv, you still didn't know what they were arguing about last time but you didn't ask. but being the curious little child you are you eavesdropped on one of their conversation and from what you heard was that a prisoner was coming. you have been practically wondering about the same thing since you heard it as to why there was a prisoner coming to the tower instead of the cell but you just let that slide.

after having a warm bath, you got dressed and went down to the kitchen for breakfast. but today it was unusually quiet so you decided to eat your newly favorite cereal with a cup of coffee and go up to the helipad for some fresh air. you went to your usual spot, at the edge of the helipad. you sat there and let your legs dangle off of it

you sat there for almost an hour wondering what the team is doing but you didn't feel like walking back down so you just sat there and just as you were about to lay down you saw a bright rainbow-like portal right behind you and in an instant, you got up facing it but with a hint of fear. a few seconds later all those fears faded when you saw thor, he was with someone new but what hit you immediately was the minty scent that came from him "lady y/n what are you doing up here?"  he asked worried for why you were up here alone  "j-just for some fresh air" you told him and turned to look at the person beside thor, he had cuffs on so you could assume that he was the prisoner

thor saw you staring at him so he decided to introduce him to you  "ah lady y/n this is my brother Loki"  he said with a grin on his face  "b-brother? then why is he cuffed?" you asked him softly but Loki scoffed  "that's none of you business you mortal"  he said harshly to which thor glared at him and apologized to you for his behavior. Loki just rolled his eyes, you stared at him with such curious eyes

before you could ask more questions the whole team was here at the helipad. tony immediately had a look of horror on his face when he saw how close you were standing at the edge and gently pulled you away from it and close to the team.  "how long were you up here?"  Steve asked while giving you a playful glare. you giggled  "maybe an hour?"  you answered him softly and you've been doing that a lot to get out of trouble which worked. he just sighed and threw you onto his shoulder again while talking to the team, you started giggling when nat bopped your nose  "I'm starting to think you two are spoiling her too much"  tony said while pinching the bridge of his nose but they completely ignored him so he turned to Loki

"listen here reindeer games, you better not cause trouble while staying here" tony said while switching his cuffs to some sort of lock to keep his powers limited  "why are you locking him?" you asked from behind steve since your still hanging off his shoulder  "long story kid, ill explain later" tony replied to your question after locking Loki  "ok" you said while giggling cause cap was holding your sensitive spot. tony just muttered under his breath about how you're being spoiled while walking back inside

once inside steve finally let you down on the couch and then ruffled your hair while you saw the new guy walk of somewhere. maybe he's going to his room you thought to yourself and you watched tv with the team.

everyone sat around the table for dinner and you saw thor dragging his brother to the lounge and told him to sit there cause he doesn't want to eat. you were very confused about what he could've done to be prisoned here. you somehow were able to tell who felt scared and angry, and to be honest everyone at this table felt fear and anger towards him. but you couldn't take your eyes off him, he looks so peaceful while reading a book and he surprised you when he looked up and glared at you but soon turn into a curious one. his eyes were focused on your neck and thor noticed  "what is it, brother"  but Loki just smirked  "is she a prisoner here too?"  he asked to which everyone turned to look at him. and when you mean look you mean glare daggers at him
