Volga is a playable character in Hyrule Warriors(via DLC). He is an original character created by Koei Tecmo, but he draws heavy inspirations from the boss Volvagia from Ocarina of time. Once the dragon guardian of the Eldin Caves, Volga was confronted by Cia and her armies as she searched for a general to lead them. Though he initially had no desire to fight in the wars of humanity, he changed his decision after a long drawn out war with her forces, and decided to accept Cia offer under the pretense that it would give him the chance to face strong worthy foes in combat.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristic, a skilled spear wielder, brawler, and general, magic, energy blasts, transformation, flight, breath attack, fire manipulation, wind manipulation, can see and attack ghosts, immunity to soul manipulation

Speed: At least Supersonic+, likely Massively Hypersonic
Lifting Strength: Class 100, at least Class G in dragon form
Striking strength: Multi-Continent level(Took attacks from Lana and survived long enough to then overpowered her)

Range: Extended melee range normally
Standard equipment: His stonecleaver, Claw spear and armor

Weakness: Can be aloof and stand-offish and has a short fuse.
