earth kills mr optimistic
IT HAD BEEN THREE DAYS since Operation Rescue Jasper Jordan was successful. In that time Ava had finally eaten and slept. She also practised her knife-throwing skills, made a new friend and learned of a breath-taking butterfly meadow.
september 14th, 2149 day 1
After Ava had eventually managed to pull herself out of her surprise induced trance and off of Bellamy, the six (seven including an unconscious Jasper) had carried the dead panther back to camp. She didn't mention the fact that she had a flashback to the day she was arrested as the girl was still a little shocked that it took her so long to recognise Bellamy.
Not to mention she was slightly embarrassed that she openly gawked whilst lying on top of him. Only slightly. It wasn't like her face resembled that of a tomato or anything. She didn't mention to Bellamy the fact that she recognised him as she was too busy trying to calm down her cheeks.
Finn had teased her about it the whole rest of the way home and she would only scowl and tell him to shutup.
The gang had brought the panther back to camp for food and Bellamy had taken credit for the kill, asshole. He then furthered his idiocy, if that was possible, by telling the delinquents they were only allowed food if they removed their wristbands. They complied.
