missing

A few days after I gave akaashi the binders, he wasn't at school. I was really worried that day. I texted him a lot when I had the chance, but he didn't respond. That made me even more worried. What happened? Its really not like him to not respond to me. He hadn't even sent me a text letting me know if he was sick or wouldn't be at practice today. When we were in afternoon practice, something didn't feel right, and not only because akaashi wasn't there. "Hey has anyone heard from akaashi today?" 

"No."

"Nope"

"Nada

"No"

"No sir" And responses like that came from everyone. Okay now I'm getting even more worried. But however, for the time being, I brush it off. I'm sure its nothing right? 

During practice, its obvious that I'm a little out of it. But nobody really bothers me. In fact, a lot of others are out of it. Nobody's heard or seen akaashi since yesterday. I walked him home, and we got to his place at 6:30. We usually meet up at the school around 8 am. But he wasn't there today. No texts, no missed calls, no nothing. Honestly, I'm getting a little scared, but I'm sure its nothing. I'm sure he'll be back tomorrow.

But he isn't.

No nothing. Nobody's seen or heard from him, he's not at school either, obviously. Did something happen to him? I try to ignore it through the day but during lunch I snap.

"That's it I'm calling him." I say pulling out my phone, and pressing on his contact. It goes straight to voicemail. That's weird...

"Whats wrong."

"It went straight to voicemail..."

"Either his phones dead or broken."

"Yeah." I think for a minute. "I'm gonna go to his place after school to check on him." I said to the members. "Alone." I clarified, since some looked like they wanted to join. Nobody questioned my desire to go alone, and they all nodded. I hope nothing bad has happened to him.

However, my instincts are telling me, that somethings wrong.
