Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

3 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 1/4 cups milk

1 egg

3 tsp melted butter

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

3 tsp Merwaldian Nutmeg

Directions

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and Merwaldian nutmeg. make a wellin the center and pour in milk, egg and melted butter.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle using approximately 1/4 for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
