POV: This whole time Meredith was in the OR with Miguel and she hadn't found time to call Derek and explain him. Unfortunately for her, he had already drawn his own conclusions, and he was ready to knock Emma's door. He sat on the floor for a while and wondered if what he was going to do was right but the alcohol didn't help him to think clearly. He stood up and knocked the door. Emma was wearing a revealing nightgown after knowing that Derek would go to her room.
-" Mmmm,this will be fun." Said Derek
Emma grabbed him by the neck, pulled him into her room, closed the door and kissed him.
-" Ok that was quick." Said Derek laughing, knowing deep inside him that this was a mistake.
Emma pulled him to bed and they started making out. That moment Meredith was out of the surgery. She called Derek a hundred times and left him many messages but he was busy cheating on her, having no time to answer. Meredith went to Cristina to tell her about Miguel.
-" I will kill him." Said Meredith really angry
-" Who? What happened?" Asked Cristina
-" Derek called me and Miguel answered the phone like he is my boyfriend. Oh my god, he pisses me off so much." Yelled Meredith
-" Ohh thats bad, thats really bad. Now he will think that you were at your home or i dont know, he could think everything. Did you called him?" Asked Cristina
-" I did, but as it was expected he didn't answer. He's coming back tonight. I just have to make him listen to me." Said Meredith
-" Meredith, everything is going to be okay, i'm sure." Said Cristina and left.
Meredith was working all night. Whenever she had time, she was calling Derek but with no luck. After Emma and Derek finished he was so tired and drunk
that he decided to stay in her room.
When he woke up with a really bad headache, he realized what he have done. He immediately went to take a shower without looking at his phone. While he was showering Emma woke up.
She took a look at his phone and she saw all Merediths missed calls and messages but unfortunately for Derek she decided to deleted them before he had the chance to see any them. That moment Derek got out of the bathroom.
-" I have to leave." Said Derek
-" Come on, don't you want to continue what we were doing?" Asked Emma
-" This should never have happened. You took advantage of me being drunk." Said Derek angry with her.
-" I don't remember you resisting." Said Emma with an ironic look
-" Yes because i was drunk, and you knew that." Yelled Derek
-" Don't yell at me. If you don't want to do it again, fine by me, but it wasn't just my fault. Now dress up and leave please." Said Emma
Derek left the room and went to prepare for the surgery.
While he was scrubbing, Emma walked in.
-" Look, we have many hours in front of us. Lets not do this." Said Emma
-" Do what? Im not doing anything." Replied Derek
-" Pretend nothing happened. If you don't want this to happen okay i get but don't blame me." Said Emma
