The door opens and someone steps out he is dressed in gold and white he isn't that tall and wearing a weird hat these guys are basically only around to announce the news that cames from the royal family themselves.
He steps on the stairs of the carriage two guards stand next to him ones I don't recognize he opens a scroll and clears his throat a bunch of people have gathered in the middle of the village probably excited to hear the news from the palace.
