I visited him for the first time today when I decided to accompany Grandma Lu while her husband went out to buy something. He looks so pale...
Grandma Lu told me that he was comatose for a month now and that he was just transferred to this hospital because he was first admitted outside of their hometown.
When Grandma Lu left me alone while she bought food, I read him a fairytale. I started with Cinderella because it's kind of a happy ending.
Nurse Kayla said talking to someone who's comatose can be good because as humans, we need socialization to live. Even if he's sleeping, he can hear us and he'll be given more energy to fight for his life.
I hope he wakes up soon so he can be my friend.
