I have used a lot of metaphorical phrases here and this poem has many deep meanings which can't be understood at once. You need to give some time to this poem to understand it well. So please read it only when you're not in any hurry. It's a long poem, read only when you have enough time to read it fully. If any confusion please ask me surely! Note the metaphor and irony of this poem!

A lonely boy walks on the silent road.

When you ask him his name,
He answers with a fake smile "A walking dead"

Dark night's silent street
Is his home where he wanders all the time

The lonely boy walks on the dreaded road.

When you look at his face,
It's written everywhere as an expression "A walking dead"

Silence-breaking scary screams
Roam through that road where only he listens to it

The boy lost his map, the only way to guide him.

Someone please tell him the direction of his home!
But he is already inside his home
Walking on the streets without any heartbeats

The boy is so silent, he is not worried at all even if he's lost.

Someone please remind him he should be worried
But he seems to have forgotten how to worry

It looks as if his heart was ripped off by a wolf
And whatever was left, it decayed.

Someone please love him, give him a heart to live with
But he's a dead, walking on the earth
Without any hope to revive with another heart.

When you observe it well,
You see that he's unable to walk.

His backbone seems to be broken
But they said to him once "I have your back"
How can that be possible?
Maybe he fell from a great height!

Someone told that they needed all his money,
So he gave them all what was his.
They said that they will return someday
But that day never came on his way.

He seems to be thirsty and hungry
But don't offer him any grain of wheat or drop of water.
He seems to be a maniac
Who might be dangerous, might attack you if you come closer!

There are scars in his hands, legs, neck and chin!
Maybe he's a thief who got scars while escaping from the homes?
But whenever you see those scars,
Many voices of unknown people echoe throughout the scene
"Stupid Stubborn insane guy, you don't have any aim! You can't do anything"
"Are you crazy? You can't fly without a wing"
"You don't know anything, you are dumb, weak, ugly and careless"
"In this world, for you, there is no place"

And then when you look at his eyes,
Shiny like silver, but dark like the clouds before rain,
You hear an innocent voice asking "If they don't need to ask me to understand them, why do i have to beg them for myself?",
"When they hurt me, why do i apologize?",
"When they leave me, why do i hold their hands even when they're like branches to my tree which gonna break away in the storm?"

And then the voice starts to shiver.
It breaks once in a while.

But still keeps saying to you "Please..."
And then a scream enters your ears "Save me!!!"
Like a sudden thunderbolt before the clouds burst
Which disappears soon, becoming a whisper "Will you too... break me?"

And you quickly go and speak to him
"How are you? What happened?"
To which he smiles and his smile says
"I am fine"
And blood drips from his smiling lips.

Tears as if dew drops are stuck on his face
And each drop reflects image of someone or the other
And you see them say "I will never let any tear drop drench your face"

There's a knife on his pocket!
You should call him a murderer
But you see reflection of so many people in that shiny bloody knife
And they're all laughing
Saying "We will never let you harm yourself!"

He throws off a letter on the street
And you pick it up to read
“...Forever, forever, forever...”
The paper in your hand turn to ashes and falls to the ground.

The boy whom you all call "A Walking Dead" keeps walking on the silent streets.

There are bushes along the streets
All burnt, brown
Trees, all leafless, look like books of his memories passing by
Without any happy pages left in it.

There's no sun, no moon
There's no dawn, no dusk.

There's no past, no future
There's no joy, no sorrow.

All what is there is a mixture of bones, flesh and skin.
Days pass by without any sound
And fate seems to be always being mean.

His feet, red with scars, stop moving
As he walks over his grave.

He keeps withered white flowers over his own coffin
And the walking dead keeps walking.

If you go to sleep tonight
He will haunt you in your dream
To take revenge for the injustice you did to him

So go and say sorry if you ever hurt him
Or else be ready, karma is chasing!

IMPORTANT NOTE: (PS)

Well was i talking about something creepy like a ghost? I guess so. But there's a lot of meaning deep within. If you see the walking dead as a person whom you hurt, whom you treated in a wrong way, whose heart or trust you broke, someone whom you lied or cheated, someone whom you denied to help, someone who was good but you called him bad, someone whom you judged, someone whom you misunderstood and didn't gave a chance to explain himself, someone who was ignored, neglected by you a lot, someone who lost his belief/faith in happiness/life/hopes/love etc, someone whom you bullied or insulted, etc)

It's all in one, a sin of you which will never leave you until you apologize/repent. So, tonight might be your last night. Maybe that sin is going to kill you when you go to sleep, maybe it's gonna make you see nightmares every night forever! So, the only cure is, go and say sorry from bottom of your heart to each and everyone you hurt (if it's possible to say to the person), be sorry to them all! Look at what you did, remember your mistakes which destroyed others. Accept your mistakes, your wrong doings and get some apology. Who knows, maybe this "nah, I won't say sorry idc" might end up to be your last thought in this life?

Afterall, the walking dead will haunt all the ones who made him so ಠ◡ಠ

A song to hear. Do check!
