Book One. After 15 years, it's impossible I should be getting close enough to write, not 'The End,' because it isn't, but 'To be continued.'
So many milestones. I'm still learning: closing a volume has its own requirements in a trilogy. There must be satisfaction and closure, so this volume doesn't feel incomplete on its own. And there must be hooks: because the story isn't finished, and the reader must be encouraged to turn the next page when there is one.
I never thought there would be so many things to take into consideration so it won't be thrown against the wall.
