When I finally arrived home to my cottage, the sun had completely set at this point. The sky was super clear and I couldn't help but admire the beautiful, bright stars above my head. As I pushed the door open, I set down all of my belongings and went to go sit on the couch. I flipped through the different shows on tv and stopped at a cooking channel. I couldn't help but laugh at the way the head chef was scolding his workers. It reminded me a lot of the three baristas I had met earlier. I shook the thought out of my head watching the show.

When I got done with my drink, I sat down comfortably to start doing some of my school work. As I laid with my laptop on my lap, I glanced over at my dining table and remembered the bouquet of flowers I had found earlier on my doorstep. I sat up and walked over to it, catching another quick whiff of the ever so perfect flowers. I picked up the note and read it again, smiling as I walked over to the table I had set the cup on from the cafe. The smile on my face deepened when I realized the worker who had spelled my name, spelled it correctly.

"Nobody has ever spelled my name correctly on the first go. Ever. They always assume there's only one '(insert letter of your name)' when in fact there are two" I felt like I was on cloud nine, but how? I'd barely gotten to know these people and it felt like I had this instant connection with all three of them.

That's when I realized the writing on the cup was almost identical to the writing on the note. I scrambled over to the dining table to examine the note one more time. Yup. That was it, I was sure of it. My name even had a smiley face after it. I needed to go back to the cafe as soon as possible to get answers to my questions. I realized that I was still a busy high school senior, however, and let it go for the moment. I went to my room and got comfortable. I did some more homework before dozing off at around 10 o'clock. I had a long busy day ahead of me tomorrow.
