Chapter Twelve

Corpse pov

Why are plane tickets so damn expensive. I spend the past hour trying to find the least expensive one to South Carolina, but so far it's not working. I mean, I guess I could just drive there. I search up the time that would take and sigh, "34 hours? Fuck that shit. I'd rather fly."

I decide to book the cheapest flight and call it a day.

Me: Plane tickets bought :)

Y/N: I hope it wasn't too much. If it was, I don't mind paying for some of it. I am the one who is asking you to come to me.

Me: No it's fine. Don't worry about it.

Y/N: Are you sure? I really don't mind..

Me: I'm sure. Thank you though.

Y/N: Okay :). Karl and his friends are going to stream bedwars soon. They asked me to join them as well. Do you think you'll be able to watch?

Me: Of course! I'll see you then :)

Y/N: Yay! See you then!!

I put down my phone and stare at the purchase page on my computer screen. Holy shit. I am actually doing this.

Your pov

"Green team is coming. They are also arriving!" Sapnap yells.

I roll my eyes, " Y'all are so immature."

"We are not!" George says defensively, "Well Maybe Karl and Sapnap, but not me."

"Okay George, whatever you say," I say smiling to myself.

"Break the bed. Break the bed. Bake the bread. Break the bed," Sapnap says quickly, messing up his words.

"I will bake the bread after I break this bed," Karl teases.

Red Team Eliminated.

"Woo! Good Job guys," I cheer them on as I fight off Green Team member from our base.

"As you can see in the chat, it was all me," Karl brags.

I check the chat.

(Player1) was shot by Sapnap
(Player2) was slain by Sapnap
(Player3) fell out of the world.
(Player4) was knocked off by Sapnap

"Good job Karl, you are so good," I sarcastically.

"You know what Karl. Just because I love you so much, I'll let you get away with that," Sapnap says.

"Woah guys. Keep it the dm's," George says, pretending to be shocked.

"Oh shut up George. We all know what goes on in yours and Dream's dm's," Sapnap shoots back.

With that George goes quiet, which makes the rest of us burst out laughing.

"Guys guys guys! Green team keeps coming," I say, trying to knock them off the bridge.

"Do they also keep arriving?" Sapnap asks.

"Uggh yes," I say laughing.

George comes to help me but ends up falling to his death.

"George is not good at minecraft?" Karl narrates as he joins the battle.

"Karl doesn't know how to speak in normal sentences, only questions?" George says back.

"Hey! Don't speak to my hubby that  way!" Sapnap defends Karl.

"Yeah George. You really hurt my feelings," Karl says back, in a baby voice.

"Aw is wittle baby Kawl gonna cwy?" George teases.

"Yeah," Karl says answers, fake sniffling.

"I'm telling Dream on you George," I say grabbing my phone.

"You wouldn't," he says.

"Oh I will, and I am," I say hitting the call button on Dream's number.

"Hello?" he answers.

"George is being a bully. You need to come contain your mans," I say.

"Oh-uh-okay," he stutters out before hanging up.

I can hear George's phone ring through discord. "Oh," he says," It's Dream."

"Ooo You're in troublllle," Sapnap teases.

"Shut it," George says before answering, "Hello?"

"George! Be Nice!" Dream yells through the phone.

Karl, Sapnap, and I burst into a fit of giggles.

"Also, not to be the bearer of bad news, but you guys are currently losing," Dream says, trying to change the subject.

"Oh shit. We are," I say, finally paying attention the game again. Our bed was just broken.

"Wait wait wait, who's stream are you watching?" Karl asks.

"Y/N's," He says.

"Haha Dream loves me more!" I cheer.

"That's not true! He loves me more. Right Dream?" Sapnap asks.

"Actually you're both wrong. I love Georgie poo the mostest," Dream answers.

George makes a fake throwing up sound," Ew."

"Aw come on Georgie, you know you love him too," I tease.

"Whatever," George says. I can hear the eye roll from hear.

"Okay. Nice chat, but I have to go," Dream says.

We all say goodbye as he leaves. We finish up playing Bedwars and a few other games on Hypixel before ending our streams.

I get a notification from my phone and look at it.

Corpse: You guys have a nice friendship :)

Me: Yeah. We're pretty cool like that. ;)

Corpse: Do you think then when I come over that I can meet Karl too

The thought of Corpse and Karl together in person brings a smile to my face.

Me: Of course! I'm sure he would love that.

Corpse: God I can't wait to see your pretty face in person
...
I mean..

Me: I can't wait to see yours either ;)

We are so good at minecraft here. Like actual professionals.

Anyways, how did you like the chapter?

So before I confuse people. It is November 2020 in the story. Now, I know there are somethings in here that have happened more recently than November, but like for the story's timeline purpose we are just going to imagine that they happened then. I hope that's not too complicated for anyone.
