Spencer Reid watched Amanda Hotchner in awe. He had never seen someone as beautiful as she was and, despite what most people think, he had been with a lot of women. All of which were a result of Amanda. Despite his experience, his belief never changed. No one would ever match up to Amanda. "Why are you looking at me like that?" She asks with a coy smile on her face.

"I was just thinking about how beautiful you are," he answers honestly and he can swear that he sees a faint blush appear on her cheeks.

"You're not too bad yourself, Mr. Reid. Or should I start calling you doctor?" She jokes and he chuckles before she connects their lips. Spencer opens his mouth immediately and slips his tongue into her mouth. Amanda moves over him, making both parties groan. Spencer slips his hand under her shirt, placing it on her bare waist. Amanda pulls away and rips her shirt over her head before leaning back down to kiss him. She reaches between their bodies and unlatches his belt.

Spencer quickly flips them over so he's hovering over Amanda. She pulls away and smiles at him, both of them knowing that she loves when Spencer's in control. "Tell me what you want, Amy," he commands, ghosting his lips over hers and then down her jaw and neck.

"I want you to fuck me," she answers with a seductive smile. Spencer smirks at her before his hand moves up her skirt.

"With what? My fingers? My mouth?"

"With your dick," she states as though it's obvious. His other hand finds its way under her skirt as well and his fingers hook into the waistline of her panties, pulling them off her body as her hands remove his pants and boxer-briefs. She pumps his length a few times before lining him up with her entrance.

"Are you sure?" Spencer questions, looking deep into her eyes as she smiles.

"Always." With that, he pushes into her, making her moan loudly as one of his hands makes its way to her throat, almost like an instinct. The minute it makes contact, she moans even louder, pulling a low groan from Spencer. "Faster," she gasps and as he looks down on her, applying gentle pressure to her throat, he can't help but think that he's the luckiest person in the world to be here with her right now and before he can help it, he feels himself release.

And just like that, he wakes up. Just like he had for the past four months since he had last seen Amanda. Since anyone had last seen Amanda. Or heard from her, for that matter. After she left and Elle got better, things had started to fall apart on the team. Elle had shot a suspect, a serial rapist, in self-defense but it seemed to be more than that. A couple weeks after the incident, Elle quit and left the team with a missing piece.

Hotch, as much as he missed Elle, looked at the absence as an opportunity. He had attempted to contact Amanda and get her to come back but she wasn't answering. She wouldn't even take calls from Garcia or Director Sharp. Eventually, the position was filled by Emily Prentiss. She had earned Gideon's respect after helping them stop a terrorist attack on a mall and everyone else liked her just fine.

The only person that had a problem was Hotch. He was suspicious because her mother was a diplomat and she had been placed into the unit without the permission of him or Gideon by his boss, Erin Strauss. This only worries Hotch on account of the fact that he knows she has it out for him. Not to mention that without a missing member, Amanda no longer has a reason to return his calls, not that she had been.

After about 2 months of radio silence, everyone, minus Emily, was getting worried about Amy. She wouldn't even answer Garcia or Morgan's calls. That was when they finally got a small tidbit. The knowledge that she was in fact okay but not in the mood to talk to the BAU, they just didn't know why.

That day, they had been waiting for a case to be presented in the conference room. Morgan had brought her up, prompting Emily to ask who she was, a question that was never answered. Everyone was getting increasingly worried until Hotch entered informing everyone that she was okay. Spencer questioned if he had talked to her and Hotch said no but he had talked to her best friend, Kristen, who talks to her everyday and she had agreed to give updates to Aaron on how she's doing.
